The worst experience ever
This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel has its current star rating. It is completely misleading.
The rooms look like they haven't been renovated in over a decade. Mosquitoes are everywhere, making it almost impossible to sleep. The beds are old and worn out, the balcony doors are broken, the safe didn't work at all, and the air conditioner is so old and unbearably loud that it sounds like it's falling apart every time you turn it on.
The bathroom was just as bad. Rusty faucets, an old leaking shower, outdated fixtures, and an overall feeling of neglect. Everything looked dirty and poorly maintained.
The public restrooms were absolutely revolting. They were cleaned far too infrequently, often had no soap, and the smell alone was enough to make you want to leave immediately. The level of hygiene throughout the hotel was shocking.
The food was another huge disappointment. The selection was almost identical every single day, with very little variety and poor quality. This was nothing like what you would expect from a hotel claiming to have this rating. To make matters worse, we ended up with stomach problems after eating there.
The towels looked like they had been in use for years. They were old, rough, faded, and even torn. It felt as though everything in this hotel had simply been left to deteriorate.
Even getting a drink became an ordeal. Almost every time we asked for one, we were told to "come back in ten minutes." The same happened with the ice cream. Constant waiting, poor organization, and a complete lack of service made the all-inclusive experience feel almost meaningless.
This hotel was a huge disappointment from beginning to end. It felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below the standard it advertises. If you are thinking about booking a stay here, please think very carefully before spending your hard-earned money. There are far better hotels where your vacation won't turn into a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always smiling and ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied. There was a great selection of dishes, and everyone could find something they liked. The service was excellent, and the staff were always attentive and polite. The shops at the hotel were also very convenient, offering a good selection of souvenirs, gifts, and other things you might need during your holiday. The animation team deserves special praise. They were energetic, friendly, and did a fantastic job entertaining both children and adults. There were many fun activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to come back again!
Epic 10 Days
OVERVIEW Rehana Royal is a tremendous hotel which has everything for a family holiday, the staff are attentive, kind and very hard working. I had only one gripe and that is the reception which struggled with English at times, otherwise I had no complaints at all.
ROOMS Our room was spacious and clean, it had a huge shower section lovely sink and toilet toilet did have a leak from the cistern but managed it by putting a towel down to absorb the water.
The beds were firm which as I have back problems was a bonus. The beds were made daily by Suliman who was so clever with his towel and petal designs on our beds daily (Please tip him every day as I know they're not on great money and he'll look after you well). I could mention the aircon and fridge worked well.
RESTAURANTS /FOOD The restaurants were excellent and had no problem with finding good I liked (I'm not a fussy eater)
Buffet Restaurant Plenty of choices throughout the week, go outside and you have BBQ type foods, pasta and of course Chips. We had the same waiter every day called Omar and he was fantasticand I already miss him. Omar was friendly and made sure we had a good table every day close to the door to the BBQ section. He kept the drinks flowing and checked on us regularly to see if there was anything we needed
Lebanese Our first bookable restaurant, and I'm so glad we booked it. We had soup, a meze and fresh baked bread made outside in a brick oven. Then they came out with a serving tray over hot stones with various meats and kebabs. The food was outstanding and you'll definitely will want it again.
Chinese Food was OK but, tasty enough but not my favourite. We had soup, a choice of mains and the obligatory deep fried bananas in honey.
Italian Apart from the bread sticks the food was very good quality offer your usual Italian fayre. They treated our grandson to a cake with a candle in it for his birthday and all the staff including the chef came out and sang happy birthday in both English and Arabic. It was a lovely ending to a great meal..
Seafood (You have to purchase this meal) Words can't justify this meal, maybe WOW!!!. It started with a delicious bisque with crab, it was amazing and I could have eaten loads of it. To follow was huge prawns on skewers, calamari, battered fish pieces and chips and it kept coming with more if you cleared the hot plate. It cost £120 for six of us and worth every penny. Thank you for a briilant evening.
Beach Snack Bar Hot Dogs, Burgers, Chicken Wings Chips etc available. Ice Cream and Candy Floss was a lovely treat for both adults and kids
Main Bar We were well looked after here and had the usual spirits, beer and cocktails. The staff here were fantastic every single one of them.
DISABILITY ACCESS
Everywhere has ramps so great for wheelchairs and less able, though getting from the bottom pools and beach to the main restaurants is hard slog, but it looks like and elevator is being installed there would probably be ready for next year's influx of tourists.
POOLS
All pools are clean and has easy access, there are plenty of slides for both adults and kids to keep them entertained. Lifeguards are everywhere to keep you safe. There are plenty of towel stations for you to exchange wet to dry or a card back.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
Would I book to come here again, well that's an easy YES!! However, be aware of the shops, they price everything in US Dollars which is weird and you can be charged different prices every time you go... I'm sure they make it up as the go ong. Vi highly recommend you go out of the main gates and immediately turn left to a row of cheaper shops than the hotel (especially if you're a smoker) there's a pharmacy also if you need painkiller, or stomach relief.
Trips
This is my most hated part of any holiday, people trying to sell you something. I wish they had cubicles like the towel guys and sell you trips/activities there rather than pester you at every given moment. These sellers work on commission and they get quite grumpy if you have ordered from another seller. Please stop this practice Rehana, it spoils your holiday, don't get me wrong they are very nice people but frustrating when you're trying to relax.

Amazing customer service
The waiter in the restaurant Alaa Sobhi went out his way everyday to help my family of 13 including babies . He went above and beyond , very polite and happy and did his best all from his heart . He is a gem in the resort and really made stay amazing .very great man and thank you for an amazing experience .
