Very nice stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two weeks. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, but Emad Yany truly stood out as one of the kindest people we met — always caring for our needs and going out of his way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Lovely Oriental Experience
Head chef Mohammed and Ahmed went out of their way to make us feel welcome and food was brilliant :) would defo eat here again with our family.
Amazing Hotel and Best staff
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and resort from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, and well maintained, with lovely pools, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were always welcoming, friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.
A special mention has to go to Bob, the tattoo and henna artist. He is such a genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful person who always greets everyone with a smile. He takes the time to chat, never makes you feel pressured, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Whether you’re thinking about getting a henna design or a tattoo, Bob makes the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. His warm personality really stood out and he became one of the highlights of our trip.
