Regency Plaza Aqua Park and Spa Resort

First of all, I wanted to do a seperate review for these particular members of staff. From the first time I came to Regency, we were treated like luxury! Which is why we have decided to come back every year. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gihad, Momen & Fady. They have been absolutely amazing for our family and gone over and above for us. 3 years ago, our first time at Regency was where we met Gihad for the first time and he was absolutely amazing then and he is still just as amazing now. Gihad will go over and above for any family that need help with anything. He won’t let us lift a finger and he is so lovely! Momen has been amazing aswell for our family, Momen makes us all laugh and always entertains us! Momen is super helpful weather you need something or need help. Momen will always be there to help you fix any problems you have. He also will give you any floats you request at the pool for the day so no need to buy any! Fady also has been amazing for our family. Fady is so kind and again if you need any help with anything, Fady will be there to help you always. Yousef too, we only met Yousef this year but again he has been super friendly and made us feel at home. Overall, these staff deserve a big pat on the back for all of their hard work and dedication towards their job. Thank you so much for making us feel settled, relaxed and at home. Mr Ramy also has been so kind to our family and will always make sure your problems are fixed. Absolutely amazing team! We will most definitely be back to see you all again, like our second family! ❤️

Another review for all of the staff at Regency. This has been our 3rd time back and we have had the absolute best time! Starting with Aqua park staff, we know some of these staff from three years ago and yet they still go over and above for us. Mr Zaki, Maher and Ebrahim in particular have just been amazing. Mr Zaki will always make sure you are happy and settled in the hotel, Maher is super funny and entertaining, Ebrahim has been simply amazing and so so kind. Overall, all of the staff in Aqua park are so so lovely and have been amazing for our family. The bartender team also have been so fun for us. Hussein has been super helpful for our family since the first time we came to Regency, he will always bring our drinks over to us and is always so kind. Ateef we met this year is so lovely and always asks us if we need anything. Mohamed at the pool bar, he has been super kind bringing drinks over to us, making us delicious cocktails. Admad, has been super funny and lovely to our family. The team in Floret restaurant have been amazing too! They are such lovely people and again, they don’t let you lift a finger. Always joking around with us, making us laugh and just being super kind. Ehab, has been amazing and will always be super kind to your family. Ahmad was also great service for us in the restaurant. Always getting us drinks and asking if everything is okay! Then the sales staff, they are super amazing and so kind! They love to joke around with our family and we always have a good laugh with them!😅 overall, it is so hard to fit all of the staff in, but all of the staff at Regency are just simply amazing people. They are so kind and helpful, which is why we will always go back to visit them! Thank you all for making our holiday the best week! We will miss you all very much🫶🏽
