Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Hotel

We stayed at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Resort from September 1st to September 8th, 2026. Originally, we planned this trip simply to celebrate a birthday. We honestly did not expect anything extraordinary, especially because before coming to Egypt we had read that expectations from hotels and resorts should not be too high.

But from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely shocked — in the best possible way. We were genuinely amazed by how beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and welcoming this resort is. It exceeded all of our expectations.

First of all, I would like to give a huge thank you to every single gardener working at the resort. They deserve enormous respect and recognition for their hard work. They work under the hot sun every day, taking care of every corner of this beautiful property. The gardens are one of the things that immediately catch the attention of guests and make the resort so attractive. Dear management, please continue to appreciate and recognize these hardworking people — they make a huge contribution to the beauty and success of the resort.

And honestly, every employee we met deserves recognition. Everyone was respectful, friendly, smiling, and always willing to help. You can really feel that the staff are doing their best to make guests comfortable and happy.

A special mention must go to the entertainment team. The animation was absolutely outstanding! Everything was organized so well, and the team created such a fun and positive atmosphere. They genuinely tried to involve everyone and make guests feel part of the activities. Every day was different — we enjoyed music, dancing, shows, and even a circus performance. We had so much fun!

The food was another great surprise. There are so many restaurants and such a huge variety of food that, unfortunately, we did not even manage to try all of them because we were traveling with a child. We mostly ate at the main restaurant, but we also visited the Italian restaurant several times and really enjoyed it. There was something for everyone — spicy and non-spicy food, sweet and savory dishes, different cuisines and so many choices. The variety was truly impressive.

And once again, I want to return to the staff because they deserve special appreciation. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work. We unfortunately did not manage to learn everyone’s names, although we would have loved to mention every single person.

One employee who especially stood out to us was Yusef Elsaid (waiter) . He was always kind, smiling, attentive, and ready to help. Whenever we needed something, he acted quickly and tried his best to solve everything for us. Thank you so much, Yusuf!

Our room was also very clean and well maintained. A huge thank you to Karim from housekeeping. He was extremely hardworking, quick, and always made sure everything was done properly. We truly appreciated his service.

To be honest, leaving the resort was one of the hardest parts of our trip. When it was time to leave, all of us had a lump in our throats. We genuinely felt like crying because we did not want to leave. We had such a wonderful time and felt so comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

This was honestly one of our most memorable vacations. We will definitely, definitely come back next year — and this time, we are planning to bring even more of our relatives and friends with us. We have already recommended your resort to many people.

And if there is one thing we especially want to say to the management, it is this: please value and appreciate your employees. Every single one of them is doing an incredible job. They are a huge part of what makes this resort special.
