Parrotel Beach Resort

This hotel is awful , we actually got money back from On the beach. Dirty glasses, we seen staff just dipping glasses in a bucket of water and reusing on the next person. Food was disgusting and we are not a picky family, the restaurant you book in the hotel use the buffet food and then staff ask you to leave a review while they watch you write it on a paper. The drinks are awful also all taste the same, we were going to buy the premium but then watched beach staff fill the Heineken used bottles with the beer on tap and reseal them with bottle caps they had in a draw, we could not belive our eyes. Rooms are dirty, we had a curious stain on the sofa that I would rather not think what that was , shower full of mould , stains ,broken shower head ,bed sheets with stains on them and they will ask you to upgrade by paying if you complain. We could not wait to leave. Im sorry but the reviews on here are not true. Its one of those looks cool on photos but take that layer away and you uncover a disgusting place. Our stay at Parrotel Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we experienced genuine warmth, professionalism, kindness, and an outstanding level of hospitality.

What makes this resort truly special is not only its beautiful property, facilities, swimming pools, food, and relaxing atmosphere — it is the incredible people behind it. They made us feel not simply like hotel guests, but like genuinely valued members of the Parrotel family.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Reda Abu El Saud, Front Office Manager. His professionalism, leadership, kindness, and personal attention were truly exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. His genuine care for guests represents hospitality at its absolute best, and he was one of the main reasons our stay became such a memorable experience.

A very special appreciation also goes to Mr. Sayed Khairy, Food & Beverage Manager, for his outstanding professionalism, excellent management, attention to detail, and wonderful hospitality throughout our stay.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ismail from F&B, whose kindness, warm personality, professionalism, and exceptional attention made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. He always welcomed us with a smile and made sure that we were completely satisfied and comfortable.

Special recognition also goes to Mr. Ibrahim Saber, Recreation Manager, for his excellent management, attentiveness, and continuous efforts to make our time around the swimming pools and recreational areas comfortable, relaxing, safe, and enjoyable.

I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohamed Hussein, Security Manager. His professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication, together with the excellent work of his security team, made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout our entire stay.

And of course, a very special thank you to Mr. Tamer from Concierge, who was always welcoming, professional, extremely helpful, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. His attitude and willingness to help were another perfect example of the exceptional hospitality we experienced at Parrotel.

I genuinely believe that this exceptional group of professionals — Mr. Reda, Mr. Sayed, Mr. Ismail, Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Mohamed, and Mr. Tamer — represents a level of leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality that is fully capable of managing and succeeding in some of the finest international hotels and luxury resorts anywhere in the world. Their dedication, experience, and genuine passion for guest satisfaction are truly world-class.

This is not simply a good hotel team; this is a remarkable hospitality team that any world-class international hotel would be fortunate to have. They are a tremendous asset to Parrotel Beach Resort, and the hotel should be extremely proud of them.

The entire Parrotel team deserves recognition. Their dedication proves that true five-star hospitality is not simply about luxurious facilities or a beautiful location — it is about how you make your guests feel.

We came to Parrotel expecting a great holiday, but what we received was something much more special: exceptional service, genuine care, wonderful hospitality, beautiful memories, and an experience we will never forget.

If I could give Parrotel Beach Resort more than five stars, I absolutely would. 10/10 without hesitation.
