Ahmed Mustafa absolutely made our trip, he was kind, hard working and went above and beyond for us and other guests in the hotel. Ahmed is a true credit to the hotel- thank you for everything!
As wall as the team being very friendly and piled, Mohammed ensured we had beds and towels for the whole family each day in the wife’s favourite spot. Also looked after the kids and made them feel welcome and safe
Ahmed Management and all staff were amazing, they helped my partner organise a surprise joint 50 th celebration as well as ensuring we had plenty to drink, we didn’t even have to order after a few days as he remembered our order and what we liked!
Thank to you all, you could not have been any better!

One of the most disappointing hotels I have ever stayed in. They advertise themselves as a 5-star hotel, but I wouldn’t rate it higher than 2 stars.
To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi barely worked throughout our stay. The connection was slow, unreliable, and often didn’t work at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.
The food was disgusting, and the restaurant was dirty. We were lucky to have VIP access, which allowed us to eat in the better section of the restaurant. On our first day, we didn’t know this and ate in the standard restaurant. The tables and floors were dirty, and there were bins and rubbish next to the food area.
When we arrived on the first night, the English-speaking receptionist told us we were VIP guests but didn’t even explain how to find our room. We had to ask the staff member carrying our luggage.
The rooms were old and dirty. We paid extra for a “jacuzzi” room, but what they called a jacuzzi was just a standard bathtub, which was rusty. The toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. We asked to change rooms, but after seeing others, they all looked equally old and poorly maintained.
The staff were generally rude unless you tipped them. I don’t mind tipping for exceptional service, but expecting tips for basic service in what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel is unacceptable. We tipped the housekeeping staff every day. While they left towel decorations and fresh bottles of water, the room itself was still not properly cleaned. For example, there was visible sand left on the bathroom floor throughout our stay.
The food deserves another mention because it was both poor quality and unhygienic.
Even the reception area wasn’t clean. On our first night, and on several other occasions, there were chips left on the floor.
The drinks were very poor. On the large terrace, all drinks were served in plastic cups. They even refused to make a margarita because they said it couldn’t be served in a plastic cup.
Several times, there were no ashtrays available, and we were given a plastic cup filled with water instead.
One afternoon, we went to the pool at around 1:00 pm, but there were no towels left. We had to walk all the way to another pool just to get one.
The aqua park also looked poorly maintained and didn’t seem particularly safe.
The hotel advertises that snacks are included, but the selection was disappointing—usually old chicken nuggets and chips that looked and tasted stale.
The only positives were the taxi service, whose drivers were polite and professional, and the animation team, although they didn’t provide entertainment every day.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The main reception was overcrowded, and the bar had an unpleasant smell.
This is not a 5-star hotel, especially considering the price. If you’re planning a relaxing holiday, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Without doubt, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
