An Amazing First Experience in Egypt!
I came from Algeria with my sister, and we are just the two of us. This was my first time in Egypt and our first time staying at this hotel. We had an amazing experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the animation team is fantastic. All the animators are super friendly, welcoming and always in a good mood. Special mention to Menna, who was incredibly kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was really beautiful and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again!

The good things
If you need anything ask for Adam general manger he will help.
See jimmy at the restaurant he will see you right. There are two restaurants the one we used was all English type food and everyone ate well and I’m a fussy eater ( if I can eat anyone can)
Lifeguards, cleaners and bar staff all look after you. Just show your appreciation with a small tip not required but they do help you out.
Great location. With a friendly vibe. Rooms are outdated but still very clean and everything works. Great value for money
Get your taxis at the hotel always on time and fairly priced just a what’s app away
Excursions use the lads in the hotel they are placed at the poolside. Always there to help and will sort out your needs to there best ability. We went White Islands and a private quad session was very good. White Island was just the waiting at the marina but this can’t be helped. And the rush to the White Island but definitely try a dive was fantastic experience. The quads just speak to the guys there they can accommodate and faster ride if required but still safe.
Slightly negative side but still didn’t effect our holiday
Animation team Not much going on around the pool but they are well stretched and try there best. But they have to cover a lot of area for a small team
Night entertainment Really non existent but night pool party’s are great
But all in all a very good holiday and would defiantly come back again.
Shark bay definitely worth a visit just a small fee for the beds but has everything there
Everything is in dollars so definitely worth a small amount of them in small notes

Our trip to sharm elshikh
Me and my famliy came to parrotel aqua park every year this a fourth year we spend our vacation here we loved every thing really speicallythe animation team they are amazing and lovely pepole we love the hotel becouse the animation team
Nice holiday in the perfect hotel
The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and the staff are amazing and helpful—especially Michael at the reception, who is a very kind and helpful person. I truly enjoyed my holiday there; the room was lovely, the food was excellent and varied every day, the water park and beach were fantastic, and the hotel's atmosphere was exceptional. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

Animation team
Good hotel. Animation team are friendly and fun to be around. Entertainment in the evening is a little bit boring.
