The Perfect Balance Between Quality and Price
I stayed at Jaz Mirabel Resort about two years ago, and I still remember what an excellent value for money this hotel was. If you’re looking for the perfect balance between quality and price, this place is definitely worth considering. I was lucky enough to have a room on the first line by the sea, on the second floor, with a huge terrace. The view was absolutely stunning. Sitting there in the morning with a coffee or watching the sunset in the evening was one of the highlights of the trip. The beach is excellent, with crystal clear water and a very comfortable, easy entrance into the sea. It was the perfect place to spend the day relaxing. The food was good, with plenty of choice, and there were several swimming pools, so it never felt overcrowded. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I would happily stay here again, and probably more than once. If you want a relaxing holiday without overpaying, Jaz Mirabel Resort is a fantastic choice.

Good Holiday for our Family made better by a special guest relations team in the hotel.
Overall we had a good stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel.
The Hotel grounds are clean & well kept. Hotel Rooms were clean & spacious however are very dated. Our room was perfectly placed for stepping out to the main pool at beach side.
The food was okay, they cater for many nationalities, we used snack bar for lunch which is a set menu and used the main buffet for evening meals, this can be incredibly busy on the family side, the adult only restaurant always looked quiet and appeared a much better layout and more spacious, yet the family side restaurant a lot more people using it. The ala carte was lovely and much more peaceful experience, we tried Asian and Italian, both were great.
At times during eveing service the doors to the main buffet restaurant doors were closed and locked to prevent any more people entering until some left. On one evening our son went in ahead of us and they locked the doors leaving him inside and us out which was very distressing for him.
The guest relations at this hotel are the best I have ever experienced. We had a few issues including Air con, mattress on kids bed and all of us suffered from sickness whilst we were exceptional careful with handling utensils, not drinking from cups, sanitised everything reguarly to tey prevent this, when we needed anything they were so attentive making sure we were okay and sending anything we needed to the room. Menna in particular was exceptional and the hotel chain are lucky to have her in post, nothing was ever enough and it is clear she genuinely cares about all the guests experiences in the hotel.
Every staff member works so hard and will do anything they can for you, our room cleaner was Reda and he was the friendliest man you could ever wish to meet. The entertainment team do a great job and there are particular themed evenings which were well planned and great to be part of.
Overall our stay was good, we had some great experiences as a family and felt well looked after by the staff, due to this we would consider returning in the future.

Family holiday July 26
First visit to Egypt for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice, clean and well maintained hotel. Great food. Staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Menna and Gimal for all their help during our stay. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, amazing entertainment staff who made our holiday memorable. Pool bar staff were also amazing. So kind to our family and such professional l, welcoming staff.
