I am satisfied with my stay at Jaz Mirabel Resort. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is very tasty and various. The nature, the green of the hotel was just amazing.
We had a wonderful time at Jaz Mirabel, in addition we were treated so well by all the staff and Mr Tamer (executive assistant manager) himself, with no request was too much. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
My family wife , son(12) and daughter (8) along with our friends and there son(12) had a return holiday to the Jaz mirabel beach for the second year in a row and it did not disappoint. The staff remembered us from the year before which made us feel special to start with. There was not one thing we could say was negative. We did notice the staff were extra friendly and nothing was an issue. The grounds and cleanliness was second to none food was amazing as always. Can’t wait to return next year
Rezk from shisha bar and Hazem the housekeeper were super nice. There was one manager who was shouting to employees in front of all the guests. Even his look was really bad. If I visit this hotel, I hope I won't see him. Glasses in the restaurants are super dirty. In our room the fridge was super old and in bad condition.
Some of the staff only act nicely to British people and/or women. As an east European, they treated us like nobody.
Would I visit there again? Maybe. Depends on the price. It was good. The sea was nice (although it requires too much walking and there is no facilities on the pier unlike other hotels). Pools and food are relatively nice.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. I would like to share some honest feedback because, in my opinion, there are serious issues that need to be addressed.
First of all, some members of the reception team were extremely unfriendly and spoke to guests in a very unpleasant manner. The hotel did not feel guest-oriented at all. At no point did I feel that the team was genuinely trying to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, or enjoy their holiday.
The service regarding towels was particularly frustrating. I called reception three times to request towels, and after receiving no proper response, I went to reception personally and asked again. I was told that someone would bring them to the room. Eventually, the towels arrived almost three hours later. The towel system itself is also unnecessarily complicated: guests have to leave a dirty towel at 5pm in the room and get back clean towel at the same time. Moreover, after 5:00 PM, towels cannot be changed. This makes no sense for a beach hotel, because guests often return from the sea after 7:00 PM and then have to wait until the next day for a clean towel. This system is extremely inconvenient.
Another very unpleasant situation occurred on our last day. I asked at reception whether we could pay an additional amount and extend our check-out until 12:00. The response from one of the reception employees was extremely unfriendly. I was simply told that there was “no space” and that we had to leave, even though we were paying guests and were only asking for a short extension. I eventually spoke with the Guest Relations Manager, who was much more helpful and managed to find a solution. We were moved to another room and were able to stay, but the way the reception initially handled the situation was very disappointing.
Housekeeping was another major problem. The cleanliness of the rooms was far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. Communication with housekeeping was also difficult, and it often felt as though there was very little understanding between the staff and the guests.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a general problem throughout the hotel, not just in the rooms. In the restaurants, many glasses and dishes appeared to be poorly washed or still dirty. It seemed that there were not enough clean glasses available, and some were simply being returned to circulation without being properly cleaned. This was honestly shocking and significantly af
