Overall an enjoyable stay.
We had an overall really good stay at the Jaz Belvedere—our fifth time staying at a Jaz property, and having visited Egypt many times across a variety of hotels, we know the area well. The hotel itself was very clean, and the grounds and gardens were beautifully kept. That being said, parts of the resort are showing their age now and are looking a little tired around the edges, so some areas could definitely do with a bit of refurbishment. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and because we tipped well, we received great service throughout our stay. Special mention goes to our room cleaner for room 1311, who was outstanding, as well as the bar staff, who were always wonderfully friendly even though the cocktails themselves were a bit hit-or-miss and lacked consistency. On the entertainment side, the animation team were very friendly, and there seemed to be quite a lot to do for smaller children. We attended one of the evening shows, which was okay, though we can't comment on most of the entertainment as we didn't attend the rest. The food overall was good quality, and we had no stomach issues at all during our stay, though it did feel a little samey after a while. One concern we had was at the outside BBQ area: we observed a chef wearing rubber gloves while making up beef and chicken skewers with raw meat, but then serving us cooked meat using that exact same pair of gloves right in front of us, which is poor hygiene practice. Additionally, the resort would definitely benefit from having a dedicated, standalone coffee shop. The beach was lovely and well-kept, though snorkeling is quite limited due to the hotel's specific location. We also found the on-site shops to be overpriced and not particularly friendly. On the positive side, the on-site pharmacist was great, and there was a nice international mix of guests, including Russian, Italian, European, and some English visitors. We did go on a trip and requested a packed lunch, which was provided, but unfortunately, the quality was very poor compared to what others on the excursion had brought from their respective hotels. Overall, though, it was a good stay with just a few minor areas that could use improvement

Great Hotel, Wonderful Staff
This hotel is directly on the beach with a gentle gradient into the sea going right out which makes it ideal for families with young children. It has the perfect mix of being quiet with beautiful surrounding gardens but also lots of activity if that is your preference.
The staff are all very happy and welcoming which makes for a fantastic atmosphere everywhere you go throughout the hotel.
The rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need in them.
The food is warm with plenty of choice.
There is always some form of activity going on during the day but if you just want to sunbathe you are left in peace to relax and enjoy the scenery and maybe a cocktail or two.
All the staff are great from the reception team to the gardening team, who work so hard to keep the gardens looking fabulous.
The Animations Team are amazing arranging activities during the day and entertainment during the evening, there’s always a different kind of entertainment every evening at the pool bar and/or the amphitheater.
Big shout out to Ahmed, Kate & Lea of the Animations Team and Fatma from the “top” bar.

Reception Department: The reception team was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The staff were always ready to help guests and answer their questions with a warm smile, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they arrived.
Entertainment Department: The entertainment team was amazing and full of positive energy. They organized fun activities and exciting shows for guests of all ages. The team was friendly, active, and always tried to make sure that everyone enjoyed their stay and had an unforgettable experience.
Food & Beverage Department: The Food & Beverage team provided excellent service with great attention to detail. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. The restaurants and bars offered a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was fast and well organized.
Food Quality: The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There was a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes, including local and international cuisine. The buffet was well organized, and the food quality was excellent throughout the stay.
Cocktails & Drinks: The cocktails were delicious, refreshing, and beautifully presented. There was a good variety of drinks to choose from, and the bartenders were friendly, skilled, and professional. Every drink was prepared with care, making the bar experience even more enjoyable.
Overall Experience: Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The friendly staff, excellent entertainment, delicious food, refreshing cocktails, and professional service made the stay truly special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I would definitely love to visit again!

Had an amazing stay at Jaz Belvedere, the beach is absolutely breathtaking and very convenient for all people with different needs as it is a slow descend into the water with a crystal clear sea! Beach. The pool is spotlessly clean and stress free with such attentive life guard staff on watch all the time, we had no stress with the children being around the pool. The scenery of the gardens are so beautiful we would recommend taking a walk around in the morning or evening for some beautiful views. The entertainment is from morning until evening there is always something fun to do, you would not need to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. The hotel staff as a whole are so friendly and approachable and was very accommodating to any of our needs…we will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future!
