We have just returned from our 7-day vacation. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The entertainment program was quite weak. The daily activities felt repetitive and lacked variety, and there wasn't much for children to do. Every evening featured live Latin and Spanish music/dance shows. The hotel should remember that guests come from diverse backgrounds and offer more international music and events. At the moment, the entertainment seems tailored primarily for an older, retired crowd. For instance, there are two beach volleyball courts—one could easily be utilized for beach parties with a DJ. In general, the music selection at both the pool and the beach was insufficient and underwhelming. The food was fantastic—broad variety, exceptional quality, and something for every palate. It was easily one of the best hotel dining experiences we have had. However, the beverage service fell short. Drink variety was limited, the fruit juices used in cocktails tasted like artificial syrup, and the cocktails were overwhelmingly sweet. Additionally, the glasses used for serving drinks looked very cheap and worn. The sun loungers also definitely need an upgrade. On the other hand, the staff was genuinely warm, friendly, and solution-oriented with every request. Amir, the bartender at the beach bar, took great care of us with his attentive and welcoming attitude. The animation team was wonderful—the long-haired Egyptian animation manager was very polite, and the Russian animators constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally kind and left lovely towel art and surprises in our room every day. A special thank you goes to the reception manager, Mr. Ismat, who kindly upgraded our room to a superior sea-view room. Overall, we had a very pleasant holiday and would definitely consider returning next year. (Note: The negative points mentioned above are intended purely as constructive feedback for management to improve the guest experience.)
All staff are helpful and friendly, Food should be prepared in a more hygienic way, also drinks should be natural, Overall, value for its rate is not acceptable.
Excellent service and great service. Thanks to all employees. Hope, I will return back again to spend my vacation with you!
My son and I travelled to this hotel mid July for 2 weeks. My 4th time in Egypt and my sons first. From arriving late on our first night, the hospitality and friendliness we were shown was outstanding. I had a major operation in March and it was also a celebratory holiday for my son, we were so looked after. Upgrading our room on arrival to a superior family Seaview was just the start for us. Ok so people say the rooms are dated... maybe they are somewhat but they were spotlessly cleaned daily by Omar who was a gem! The beds .. I wanted to bring one home they were so comfy! Staff at the hotel really made this holiday so very special, from Ali in the dining room, to the chef on the egg station at breakfast every day. Ahmed and his funny banter at the lobby bar, the lifeguards who always helped me with our sunbeds and finding a windbreak on the beach. One day I was ill, the chef made me a sick meal and staff brought up sun loungers for our balcony! During our stay my son lost his gold cross and chain, the reception management staff and a lovely lady from guest relations kept us fully informed daily as to their searches. Alas it was never found but the staff did everything possible they could for us. We had no problem with food, there was always plenty that you could choose from - though some guests could seriously do with lessons in manners and how to treat others especially staff and also not be so greedy!!! There's more than enough to go round! A big shout out the the entire animation team Ahmed, Boyka, Chocolate, Joey, Lea, Julia, Ana,Cristina... you made our holiday the best we've had! So much to do and join in with, always fun and you're all very much missed! The gym was a big hit with my son and used daily and for me Mividaspa... from my first chat with Naser (lovely young man) to 4 fantastic treatments with Zaineb! Please treat yourself- you wont be disappointed! My one dislike - not even really a complaint- but the A la Carte... just dont. That was the only part of our holiday we didn't enjoy. The food quality wasnt great, steak so hard to cut, would be an idea maybe to ask how you prefer it cooked? But even the service was muddled and sketchy. Beach and snorkeling... 💯! But take beach shoes or crocs to walk out! The entire grounds and hotel is spotless and well looked after by an amazing team of staff. We loved it so much - we've already booked for next July! Have a great summer Jaz Belvedere and see you next year!
This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. The property is clearly aging, with dated rooms and low quality amenities that do not reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. Most concerning, we spotted a rat on our very first day. The food lacked variety, the same dishes were served repeatedly, and the overall quality was mediocre. The beverages were no better—the juices were overly sweet to the point of being undrinkable, and the coffee was among the worst we have had. Overall our experience fell far short of what we expected from a hotel promoted as a 5-star property, and we left extremely disappointed.
