Not a 5 star hotel!!!
This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. The property is clearly aging, with dated rooms and low quality amenities that do not reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. Most concerning, we spotted a rat on our very first day. The food lacked variety, the same dishes were served repeatedly, and the overall quality was mediocre. The beverages were no better—the juices were overly sweet to the point of being undrinkable, and the coffee was among the worst we have had. Overall our experience fell far short of what we expected from a hotel promoted as a 5-star property, and we left extremely disappointed.

Great Hotel spotless !!the staff are amazing food good with plenty of variety a special mention to el sayed in the restaurant always waiting with a smile and such friendliness.i would definitely visit again . A room for improvement the sun loungers on the beach could probably need replacing soon not really comfortable for a big guy . I would highly recommend this hotel !!!!!
Beautiful Experience
Stayed there for ten days with my family, everything was on point , the staff was very polite and professional, rooms always clean , the food was fantastic and also the range of drinks offered on the bar , the animation team made the vacation very entertaining especially thanks to the management, Ahmed in particular, will definitely go there again
A spectacular place
We felt special and among friends, both me and my son! That is the feeling that stays with you after you leave Jazz Belvedere! It is not the huge, impersonal resort that you find in Turkey or in other parts of Egypt, but a cosy, warm place where you are always treated with smiles, politeness and a readiness to help with whatever you may need during your stay. The resort is not very big, but it is newly renovated, very comfy and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary amenities. The service is great and the range of food is varied and delicious. the beach is nice and there is music to make it enjoyable without disturbing you. We really appreciated the help of Mahmoud (Majd) from the reception. Osama was also realy nice and a reliable source of information. Definitely a place to return to!
