Lovely family holiday
Had an amazing time at Coral Sea Waterworld in Egypt! The animation team really made our holiday extra special. They were friendly, energetic and always made sure everyone was having a great time, with lots of fun activities and entertainment throughout the day.
A special mention to karyss on the animation team, who was absolutely brilliant. Their enthusiasm, kindness and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the whole animation team for all your hard work and for making our holiday so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Me my daughter and grandsons who are 3 and 12 years old have just came back from a lovely 7night break at coral sea water world the room was lovely and clean ,the staff were so friendly and kind they couldn't do enough to help us out at the water park and the restaurants, the food was great and the gardens immaculate special mention to the lifeguards at the kids pool and the waiters at the restaurants
A mixed opinion
We had a lovely stay at the hotel overall. The hotel itself was beautiful, the food choices were great, and there was plenty of variety to suit different tastes. The entertainment was also really good, with lots to enjoy throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, one evening there was an incident involving one of the animation/entertainment reps called budda that really put a negative feeling over what had otherwise been a great holiday. The rep was behaving inappropriately towards my partner, attempting to touch her and trying to get with her despite her making it clear that this was not wanted.
I understand that entertainment staff are there to interact with guests and create a fun atmosphere, but there is a clear line between friendly interaction and making someone uncomfortable by touching them or making unwanted advances.
We really enjoyed the hotel, food and entertainment overall, which makes this incident even more disappointing. I would still recommend the hotel based on our overall experience, but I do feel management should be made aware of what happened and ensure that guests feel comfortable and respected by all members of staff. As I will be returning in a few days and do not wish to see him after being made aware of this and will indeed have words with him and create a problem with him
Really good stay
We stayed at this resort for two weeks, we got a 3 year old son which had plenty to do. The animation team were amazing always something to all throughout the day. The beach on the resort is amazing the pools are great and to top it off the waterpark were great. All staff here were really helpful and communtive. Would highly recommended This resort
