Coral Sea Holiday Resort Aqua Park

This was our first time to this hotel it was amazing from kids club to restaurant staff to entertainment to housekeeping we had a blast 30 mins from airport the grounds were kept very clean we had a lovley holiday would defo return

We booked this hotel for a week away for our family holiday and honestly could not fault it. It was clean and the grounds were absolutely pristine! We were located 20 mins from the airport which was ideal, 20 mins away from Soho Square which is definitely worth a visit!

We ate in the Asian, Greek & Indian restaurants as part of our all inclusive and they were all fantastic. The food was delicious! The all inclusive buffet restaurant was fab, you got seated right away and there was plenty of selection. Only thing I would recommend more options for would be gluten free desserts but other than this, great options all round. They take the allergens very seriously - when booking the restaurants on the iPad, it asked for any allergens and they stayed on there for future reservations so the staff are aware of it before you sit down. All staff who dealt with my allergy were fantastic and I thank them for this greatly.

The entertainment on an afternoon we didn't really get involved with however, the Tui team were fantastic with the families - all very friendly. The entertainment we saw on the evening, they work so incredibly hard to perform this! This hotel is great for kids - they have so many groups, and classes the little ones can get involved in, some great encouragement for growing confidence in the kids! Really well done to the Tui team, absolutely great effort! Noise in the hotel was absolute minimum on an evening - didn't find we got disturbed at all. The only thing I would say is that the 'quiet pool' was not always respected by other guests to be the 'quiet pool' - so that was slightly frustrating but didn't ruin our days! The atmosphere around the hotel was a great vibe, very chill and something for everyone.

Our bedroom was great - we booked a family room, and a double room for 4 guests (3 adults, 1 child) and the team kindly upgraded our double room to an adjoining family room which was very much appreciated. This meant we were all together and more space for the 4 of us. The rooms were spotless - literally cannot fault anything. Our towels replenished daily, room cleaned daily - our housekeeper was fantastic - I am so sorry I cannot quite remember his name (he worked on rooms 10224 and 10225 from 9th-16th July for his review!!) - he was so lovely and kindly left us a cute elephant made up on our bed for our little one!

I absolutely have to mention Ahmed Adel who worked in the Buffet restaurant - what a great guy!! He was one of our waiters on the first night and he was so welcoming - so funny - he remembered us every time he saw us, always so polite and attentive to our family. It was so hot on an evening to sit outside for dinner, but on a couple of the nights we sat out there anyway just so we could have Ahmed as our waiter!! He was honestly the best! :) We also would like to mention Yousiff who also worked in the Buffet Restaurant - he was also so friendly and attentive! Thank you to all of the staff who work in this hotel - you all work so hard and it doesn't go unnoticed! You ensure everyone has the best time and nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to Egypt - by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Definitely great value for money! Thank you for a fantastic stay! :) Next time we will be coming for longer than 1 week!
