Everything was wonderful.
The resort is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the international food is delicious. Everyone is attentive to the guests’ needs, never rude, and always helpful.
I met so many wonderful, kind, and hardworking people who always had a smile on their faces. Arafa, the director, is always kind and helpful.
The waiters are all amazing. A special thank you to Kaream Elgamagmony for his kindness and outstanding service. He was always ready to listen to our requests, quick, and incredibly helpful.
The lifeguards, especially Mahmoud Morad and Ramy Ali Sayed, ahmed abdesatar, Mustafa saleh are simply the best. They are attentive in the sea and always ready to share a laugh. I will always remember you. Salama with his excursions and his laughter kept us so much company.
A special thanks as well to the housekeeping staff member who surprised us every day with beautiful towel creations.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we were there from June 22 to July 3, 2026, in room 4202.
Check-in: The reception staff really listened to our specific requests about room location and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Housekeeping: Mohamed Attiaa took care of our room every day, and he did a fantastic job. The floors and bathroom were always perfectly clean, which is a big deal for us.
Staff: I especially want to highlight Ahmed Negm El-Dein, Mohamed Mahmoud, Mohamed Shaban, Karim, Mario, and Manar Saber – they were all so attentive and genuinely friendly. Also, a big shout-out to the two bartenders working in the billiard area and restaurant between June 22 and July 2 (so sorry we didn't catch their names). Every single one of them went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were surrounded by their smiles, warmth, and positive energy the whole time. I really hope management gives them the recognition they deserve – they're truly wonderful people who clearly love what they do and care about the guests.
Dining: One thing we noticed was that the ground-floor section of the main restaurant was closed during our stay, which meant the upstairs restaurant got really crowded. There were long lines and a lot of noise. I'm hoping that once the renovation on the first floor is finished, this will be sorted out, and meals will feel more relaxed – because that's such an important part of a calm, rejuvenating vacation.
A few suggestions for the menu: Since most guests seem to be older travelers or families with kids, I think grilled fish would be a better choice than deep-fried fish. Also, the beef would be much nicer if it were sliced thin, like they did back in 2025 – that way it's more tender and economical, whereas the cubed version we had was tough and hard to chew. For dinner, we'd love to see some lighter appetizers, like cheese and olives, rather than heavy, rich dishes that can be hard on the stomach. And at breakfast, the feta cheese often ran out and wasn't topped up – just a small thing, but easy to fix.
Grounds: The gardens are absolutely gorgeous – so lush and well-kept. It truly feels like a green oasis in the middle of the desert!
Overall: We really enjoyed our stay. There's definitely room for improvement on the food front, but everything else was top-notch – easily a 10 out of 10 in our book!
