A great experience, beaches are awesome, the activities are great and the animation team was so good specifically Shiks.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family and children. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation.
The hotel is outstanding, with excellent facilities, a beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional service. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the reception team, especially Mohab and Ibrahim, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness.
The main restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious, varied, and always available until the end of serving time. We would like to thank Chef Ragab, Ahmed El Ashry, Ahmed Shawky, Mohamed Islamy, Abdallah, and Chef Mohamed Salah for their amazing work and hospitality.
A special thanks also goes to the swimming pool staff, especially Mohamed Shabl and Mr. Arafa, who were always friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Thank you to everyone for making our family vacation so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

Feedback for animation
I stayed at the Continental Plaza Beach Resort in Sharm el Sheikh, and by far the most disappointing part of my holiday was the animation team.The animators are completely inactive and show absolutely no interest in entertaining the guests or creating a pleasant atmosphere. They do not organize any activities, do not communicate with tourists, and seem to be there just to pass the time.Furthermore, they display a shocking lack of manners and professionalism: they walk right past guests at the beach or pool and do not even say hello. It is unacceptable for entertainment staff to ignore guests in this manner. If you want a hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and active entertainment, avoid this resort. Management urgently needs to replace this team.

"A very beautiful hotel! This is my second visit here. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find a very pleasant and welcoming reception. You will meet Mr. Ahmed, who will guide you to the best room that suits you and matches the perfect view you have in mind. He actually recommended Room 7147, which has a wonderful and very beautiful view. Even though we stayed for many days, we didn't feel the time pass at all; it felt as if we only spent a single night because of how clean the room was, and how beautiful the view, the hotel, and its spaciousness were.Moving on to the restaurant: the food was beautiful, very clean, and the chefs gave us an amazing welcome. First, I have a baby who has a gluten allergy, a dairy allergy, and multiple other food allergies. When we first arrived, Chef Mohamed Salah was very welcoming and deeply appreciated the situation. Unfortunately, he went on vacation, so he referred us to Chef Mohamed Ibrahim—a truly distinguished and extremely clean chef who followed up with us every single second. He took care of us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner, paying attention to every clean detail and using dedicated utensils for my son's allergy condition. He kept trying to provide new options and special meals for my son so he wouldn't feel different from us and could enjoy his food just like everyone else. He even provided special snacks using completely dedicated tools and special packaging so my son could enjoy treats just like us.I want to give a huge thank you to Chef Mohamed Ibrahim, who went above and beyond for us, treated us with the utmost respect, and took care of my son’s condition as if it were a deeply personal matter. I highly recommend Chef Mohamed Ibrahim to any guest coming to the hotel, as he will fully carry out his duties toward allergy patients or anyone with allergies to dairy, gluten, or spices. He is a highly knowledgeable chef who understands every single detail. I strongly recommend that any guest go meet Chef Mohamed Ibrahim; he will greet you with a very cheerful smile, listen to all your food ideas, and do his absolute best to provide them perfectly.I want to thank all the chefs and staff members we met. Thank you to all the reception staff who welcomed us. Thank you all! It was a truly delightful visit. I also want to thank all the staff at the beach and the pool; truly, in the middle of the scorching sun, they were doing their jobs to the absolute fullest. Thank you to the hotel for its cleanliness, its management, and for allowing me to enjoy the best vacation I’ve ever had—even better than my previous visit. The hotel is truly improving itself. I loved it, and although I have visited many hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, the Continental Plaza is closest to my heart.
