A Relaxing stay with wonderful hospitality❤️✨️
I had another wonderful stay at Charmillion Sea Life Resort, and this time it felt even more special. The resort was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. What touched me most was that the team remembered me from my previous stay. Being recognized and welcomed back was such a heartwarming feeling and made me feel truly appreciated. ❤️ A special thank you to Ms Maha from Guest Relations, who started following up with me even before I arrived in Sharm El Sheikh. Throughout my stay, she always made sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy and satisfied. She is such a sweet, caring, and lovely person, and her attention really made a difference. ❤️❤️ Many thanks as well to the reception team (Karam, Khairy and Abdelrahman) for their warm welcome and continuous help.❤️ I’d also like to give a special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Abdelfattah, the Restaurant Manager. This time, I had a medical case that required some dietary restrictions, and he was extremely attentive and always made sure I had the appropriate food and drinks. His care and attention gave me great peace of mind and made my stay much more comfortable.❤️ And I would like to extend my thanks to Azouz from the housekeeping team for making sure that my room is always clean and anything i need is fulfilled ❤️

A Wonderful Vacation
Karam The reception staff were absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and they always greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant!
Great stay
Another lovely weeks stay from start to finish. (2nd year running) Hotel room was very nice, clean and tidy. All of the staff work very hard and always there to help you, a special mention to Oscar ( the beauty salon ) and Abdallh the life guard. Always found something to eat in the restaurant wasnt too busy. Would recommend a facial and a full body massage very relaxing. Fantastic snorkelling off the jetty. Would definitely return. The jewellery shop is always a good place to visit inside the hotel, lots of lovely stuff we visited more or less every night and enjoyed our little chats. Location was fine fornus used the hotel taxis if we wanted to go anywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
