Mohamedadaif at palma restaurant was an amazing waiter , attentive , friendly, polite , he went 9ver and beyond hos duties , a great asset for char million. If you come here look for this waiter , he will care for you the whole time of your holiday

Currently staying at Charmillion Club Aqua Park and having a great experience. The resort is clean, the food has been good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mahmoud for his excellent service and positive attitude. He made us feel very welcome. Would happily recommend.
THE KIDS POOOL IS BRILLIANT!
Loved this hotel and going back again next year whilst our kids are still young because of the main kids pool. Some things have room for improvement.
Main kids pool - Amazing for young kids and heated in winter. Lifeguards were amazing. Waterpark is good but too cold.
Food - Average. Food here was the worst we have had in Egypt but not awful and once you got into your groove there was something nice to eat. The main restaurant was very very busy. We enjoyed the alacartes.
Atmosphere - in terms of evening atmosphere, the hotel had a nice buzz to it and the entertainment was ok. Daytime entertainment was pretty good too if you wanted to get involved.
We had a family suite so our room was nice.
MOSQUITOS - There are lots. Take some serious repellent and room plugs etc

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall I was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel has a beautiful and well-maintained territory with plenty of green areas, swimming pools and a great aqua park, so there is always something to do and enjoy. The pools and water park are perfect both for adults and families with children. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay, and the service was very good. The room was clean and housekeeping was done regularly. The food was tasty, fresh and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from. I also really enjoyed the animation team. There were different activities during the day, and the evening entertainment and shows made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. There was always something interesting happening, which made the holiday more fun and relaxing. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday, and I would definitely recommend it to others. I would be happy to come back again.
