We had a fantastic experience thanks to our waiter/bartender Mostafa. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His service was excellent from start to finish, and his positive attitude really made our visit even more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the team – thank you!
Amazing hotel amazing staff
we had a lovely time at this resort the amenities were great and the staff were amazing. Mostafa served us all day by the pool, remembered our drinks and always made us smile. He made sure we had a good holiday!

From the very first day, Mostafa has been welcoming, friendly and genuinely kind. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him. He works incredibly hard, always with a smile on his face, and consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. His attention to detail and positive attitude made a real difference to our holiday. He remembers what people like, regularly checks that everyone is happy, and is always willing to help without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. His warm personality and exceptional customer service never went unnoticed. Employees like Mostafa are a real credit to the hotel.
