Best time everrrr so sad to be home
We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel, visiting with my mum and my 4 year old son and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! Everywhere was so clean, tidy and well looked after. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and has such a lovely atmosphere.
The water park was a huge hit with my 4-year-old son, and this is where I have to give a very special mention to ESSAM, one of the lifeguards. He was absolutely amazing with my son and all the other children. He didn’t just do his job, he genuinely interacted with the kids, got them all involved in games and play, and encouraged them to play together and make friends. It was so lovely to see someone take the time and effort to make sure the children were having fun and feeling included. His energy, kindness and enthusiasm really stood out, and he made such a positive difference to our holiday. My son loved the interaction, and it meant so much to see him having such a wonderful time. Essam was a huge part of what made our holiday so special, and he deserves recognition for the amazing job he does! ❤️
The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel right at home. The food was great too, with plenty to enjoy, especially having a very fussy child we always found him something and a special mention has to go to the burgers at the pool bar they were absolutely AMAZING! 🍔 going to miss them. Our room was lovely and clean, and the beds were so comfortable we all slept really well. Our cleaner was amazing. The Italian and Indian restaurant were beautiful 😻
A massive thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable, and especially to Essam for going above and beyond with the children. People like him really do make a difference and turn a lovely holiday into an unforgettable one.
We honestly couldn’t fault it. A stunning hotel, gorgeous gardens, fantastic facilities for children, great food, comfortable rooms and wonderful staff.

From someone who read negative reviews and was very apprehensive, tried to change hotel etc but very glad we weren’t able to after our amazing experience.
Also the only negative is the people who are constantly coming up to you at the pool asking if you want pedicure, massage etc when you have already said no. And my son was bitten bad by mosquitos but creams and antihistamine helped (not hotels fault)
Can’t speak on entertainment as we didn’t go, we’re all shattered by 8pm lol

The hotel met all our expectations for the price. We had everything we needed, and we stayed here with our 5-year-old child, who also loved everything, especially the swimming pools and the water park slides! 🙂👍 On our first day, I met a really great guy named Mahmoud. He is a very helpful, respectful, and friendly member of the kitchen staff. 👍 Throughout the rest of our stay, he helped us with drinks and was always there to assist us whenever we had any questions or needed help. 🙂✊ Much respect to Mahmoud! Wishing him all the best and continued success! 🤝

Bad experience
Location is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, atmosphere and ambiance is ok but mostly catered to the people that lives around the region. Rooms are basic , could do with a lick of paint and dated decorations, its definitely not good value for money for what we paid for an all inclusive service. clean and tidy rooms , noisy as there are building works near the hotel- you get woken up by this. Leaking room and dodgy locks are some of the things we experienced. Service is ok , nothing special , hotel transport is way too expensive and he does not like it when you use the indrive drivers which way cheaper. Amenities - large slides and quite good actually. the main restaurant is very busy at mealtimes- its like feeding the zoo, so we try to use the mexican , indian and italian restaurants , Sadly , no free ice creams on a sunny days here in the hotel, either you have to pay or wait for the day where they serve ice cream once or twice a week-cant even remember this. quite a few variety of food but i like the barbecue or grilled foods, I wont try the seafoods unless you wanna take the risk or unless it is grilled, we had tummy ache and plenty of times spending in the toilet. drink bottled water only and most importantly, keep an eye on your children and your teenagers. It is unfortunately a bad experience that we dont want to happen to any families coming to holidays.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very nice and the activities are enjoyable. The ambiance is suitable for children and families. Cleanliness is five stars. And the restaurant staff is very respectful and kind. There is a young man named Mohamed Abdel Mohaimen from the restaurant staff who is very fast and very nice, and he speaks English and Italian. Despite the work pressure, he fulfills orders at lightning speed and is very polite. I think he deserves a promotion.
