4th visit in 3 years, bit sure abiyt a 5th visit..
bad points,
No shower facilities for peole to freshen up and get changed after sunbathing/using pool on last day as most easyjet fights are late flights. in the last they offer a soare room to use shower but on the past 2 stays they say they no longer offer this so you have to pay to keep room on, they need to build a shower/changinf rooms. They have the space foe this so this shoud be an option as all other resorts offer this service.
Fire alarm going off at random times during the nite some days was going off 4 times per night and

Muhammad Nasser (lemon twist barman) Ahmed Saad (Restaurant waiter) Muhammad el (Restaurant manager) all these 3 made the holiday enjoyalbe, all other staff are frendly and poliite not any bad staff to mention.

Over all the hotel is good, clean and tidy, food is okay and always hot so no issues with the food. Location is amazing as the shops all outsite and close to the airport. The rooms do need refurbishments, just some small little improvements and shower room and we would return in a heartbeat.

Happy Holidays
We had a great holiday, especially after the Villains Animation team arrived, lead by Seth the girls were very entertaining always had a smile on there faces and made sure we were involved in everything lol, Everyone from the restaurant staff to the bar staff cleaners and pool attendants were so friendly and always willing to go that extra mile, a special mention to Amir and Tomas in the piano bar and Mohammad at the pool bar they worked tirelessly to ensure we were never without a drink,
Returning customer honest review!!!
Just arrived back after 11 night stay. This was my 4th visit in just over 2 years unsure about returning for a 5th time due to some niggling issues that should be addressed as per below. • Waiters taking drinks and plates out of your hand when you are 5 feet away from your table,they think they are being helpful but they are not. I would rather then take drink orders from the table instead of when you are walking back from the restaurant bar and almost at your table then they take from you to walk to the table. • no room to freshen in if after check out. I have stayed in many hotels and all offer the service of a room to freshen in once you have checked out. Here they have stopped and it forces you to pay to keep the room on just so you can shower and get dressed after swimming if on a late flight they need to address this as a few other guests mentioned this to us also. • poolmen/lifeguard keep asking when are you leaving (going home) and advising that you need to top them before you go home.
Overall I did have a nice time, barman Muhammad makes really nice drinks. Pool always clean. Food always a good selection but some things have changed since my first visit and it's not for the better, I am considering trying new resorts next visit this is due to the above issues and have really put me off the Aurora for a 5th visit

Absolutely fantastic
First time at this hotel. Will definitely return. Absolutely amazing. The cleanliness to the grounds. All staff were lovely and work so hard. House keeper called Farouk cleaned room lovely, looked forward to seeing what towel art he could leave me every day. I tried my best to do the same didn’t quite work out. Will definitely return had the best time ever.

A week at Aurora Oriental Resort.
Overall a great hotel in a fantastic area with lots of great eateries and shops. The food was really good. The pool areas were great. The only thing was the room which was a bit shabby and definitely needs a refresh, but you didn’t spend long in your room anyway as you were enjoying the amazing weather. The beds were excellent though and slept great. A big shout out to Melad the pool barman, he was a legend who would do anything for you with a smile and helped me with the local lingo as well. Also, the breakfast omelette chef Mo who was always happy and cooked amazing omelettes! On the whole it was a great week away. The local area had great eateries like Mango Chinese, Hard Rock Cafe and especially Arab Bucks which done amazing pizza and cocktails at ridiculous price and didn’t scrimp on quality. Come and see for yourself!
