Lovely budget holiday
Kids club and mini disco were great. Nawal on the animation team made the trip special for our 4 year old daughter who adored her.
The food at the buffet was good, nothing super exciting but they would cycle the menu and there was something different each day. It was a great budget friendly holiday and we all had a lovely time.
What a great hotel and staff
This was our 4th holiday at this hotel and we will be back there in September. The location of the hotel is superb with shops and restaurants within a short distance. This hotel has a great Atmosphere thanks to the hard working and friendly staff, like Mahmoud and hosam on the towel bar at the relax pool area and Samir(hope i got his name correct) but everyone calls him sammy such a great team. we was never waiting long for a drink. also we would like to mention mohamad ali and fadi at the bottom pool also worked hard to try to keep everyone happy. the staff at the beach bar was great too along with the guys on the towel bar at the beach. the rooms are quite large with comfortable beds which was kept clean by our cleaner(room 273) the hotel is great value for money but dont expect the ritz but for the price its great. It is a fairly quiet hotel overall so the noise level is pretty low except around the animation team who do their best to keep everyone entertained. The food in the restaurant is on a 7 day rota and there is something for everyone to eat. We ate in the La Terrazza Italian restaurant where we was really well taken care of by Hesham and the chef the food was always cooked to perfection and hot on arrival. The menu is limited compared to Arab bucks or motion but dont let that put you off the prices and quality more than makes up for it. i would also say give the pitstop bar a try where you will be taken care of, you do have to pay for your drinks and food but again very cheap. People say the rooms are tired but they are the same as many other hotels we have been in everywhere we have been.

A Special mention to Mina at the pool bar.
We’ve had a fantastic holiday, but a special mention has to go to Mina at the pool bar.
He works incredibly hard every single day, from 9am until midnight, constantly walking around the pool making sure everyone has a drink without you even having to leave your sunbed. No matter how busy he is, he always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel looked after.
If you're staying here, please remember that even a couple of pounds as a tip goes a long way and is so well deserved. Thank you, Mina, for making our holiday even more enjoyable!

Amazing
Everything was great the atmosphere and the animation team, bar and hotel staff the cleaner also “osmar” was a great this is the second time I’ve been here and would definitely be coming again
Sharm escape
Everything at the resort was amazing. The hotel was clean and spacious, the food was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
I would especially like to thank Yusuf, the lifeguard by the pool, and Abdallah from housekeeping. They are both genuinely wonderful, friendly, and thoughtful people who made our stay even more enjoyable.
If you visit this hotel, be sure to say hello to them. They are always smiling, great to talk to, and truly make you feel welcome. Thank you for everything!
