The hotel is wonderful, especially in terms of its location, it is very beautiful. The rooms are good, the pools are nice, and the water park is also great. The entertainment for both children and adults could also be much better. There is not enough variety in the entertainment program, more activities and different shows would make the experience much more enjoyable.

The comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the private balcony offered breathtaking views of the lush gardens and the Red Sea. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, paying great attention to detail. Dining & Culinary Experience: 4.5/5 The main buffet restaurant offers a impressive variety of fresh dishes daily, catering to all tastes with international and local Egyptian flavors. The live cooking stations were a highlight, and the themed dinner nights kept things exciting. The poolside and beach bars served delicious light snacks and refreshing cocktails throughout the day. Amazing experience, jwoukd love to see a variety of food to cater all people but otherwise lovely hotel and staff.
Awful !!!!
This hotel is not 5 star ,I would not give it a 2 star. The reception staff are not helpful. Rooms are out of date mould round the bath and shower rusty taps. Patio doors are hard to close and have no locks on them. Round the pool the tiles are broken and cracked not safe for children walking round. Food average ,only drink bottle water even to clean your teeth. I was glad I only stayed for 3 days. I hope Love hoildays or other travel companies take this hotel off there list in Sharm el Sheilk.
