The hotel has direct access to the beach at Nabq Bay which is located roughly 50 m away. El Khan Market is around 100 m away and the town centre of Naama Bay can be reached in around 15 minutes by car. The hotel is situated 9 km from Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport. Built in 2007, this air-conditioned complex offers 286 deluxe rooms and 12 Executive Suites. The guestrooms are tastefully furnished in a resort style, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. All standard rooms have balconies or terraces and most rooms enjoy a sea view. Guests can benefit from a variety of facilities, including a car park, Internet access and a children's playground. The hotel also offers a range of recreational facilities, SPA treatments and organized activity programmes.

فندق لا يستحق التجربة
I’m not going to say, like everyone else, that this is the worst hotel. Instead, I’ll share my honest experience so people know what to expect.
First of all, the hotel is located at the far end of Sharm El Sheikh. I traveled 500 km mainly for the beach, but there was barely any sea. At first, I thought it was just because of the tides, but no—the water is naturally very shallow. If you’re traveling to enjoy the sea, I recommend choosing another hotel.
Secondly, the room cleanliness wasn’t good. For example, the air conditioner started leaking around 1 a.m. and flooded the floor, and the bathroom door would get stuck and wouldn’t open.
The food also caused me stomach problems, and there wasn’t much variety.
Another issue is that the hotel isn’t directly on the main road. If you ask a driver or a taxi to come inside the resort, they usually refuse, so my mother and I had to walk in the heat. There wasn’t even a golf cart available to take us to the entrance.
Also, on the beach, there’s a front-row cabana that you have to pay extra for, which I honestly don’t understand. In general, be aware that many things at this hotel come with extra charges and fines.
The only thing I can genuinely praise is the staff—they were extremely polite, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay.
مش هقول بقي زي الناس اسوء فندق لا انا هنقل تجربتي الحقيقة علشان الناس بس تاخد بالها
اولا الفندق في اخر شرم الشيخ و أنا مسافرة ٥٠٠ كيلو علشان البحر بس لقيت مفيش بحر كنت فاكرة من المد و الجزر بس لا هو الفندق مياه البحر ضحلة في لو حد عاوز يسافر للبحر يروح مكان تاني، ثانيا نظافة الغرف مش حلوة يعني مثلا التكيف كان بينقط و ملأ الأرض مياه الساعة ١ بليل و باب الحمام كان بيقفل و ميفتحش. الاكل بقي جابلي مشاكل في معدتي و مفيش أنواع كتير بتتعمل. ده غير ان الفندق مش علي الشارع و لو طلبت ان دريفر او تاكسي يدخلي جوة مش بيوافقوا و لازم نمشي في الشمس أنا و والدتي و مفيش جولف كار تطلعنا برة. و علي البحر فيه كابينة كده اول صف دي بفلوس مش فاهمة ليه. و خلوا بالكوا ان اغلب الحاجات هناك بفلوس و غرامات

We love the location, the atmosphere. The landscape is gorgeous. There are many pools and lots of space. We met some lovely staff who looked after us so well, Doaa, Mostafa - at the small pool. Eissa prepared our room and left lovely towel creations for our son. Mohamed and Ahmed in the Atrium treated us like family. Thank you All x

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, part of that was thanks to Doaa from Guest Relations. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and handled every request with kindness and efficiency. Her exceptional customer service made me feel valued as a guest.
