Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland Resort

I’ve had a fantastic time here at Kiroseiz. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Emz and sultan have been amazing too. We can’t wait to return here the food has been great too. And the rooms are lovely and homey

Great experience, they have 1 kids club which isn’t all that has a very limited activities which the kids get bored quickly, and it’s not all age appropriate toys, the hotel has so many pools which is ideal if you love swimming as the aqua park is great for entertainment. But not enough sun beds, also staff dont watch the beds as some people just leave there belongings there and wonder off leaving others without 1 when they need it. The pool staff were really friendly near the aqua park offered fruits and has good manners. However on a negative side the rooms are filthy like the bathrooms are defo not scrubbed clean. The floors are not swept have to keep asking to clean the rooms, Khaled was our cleaner for a few days, he would be annoyed when asked for more bottles of water, and towels as being from the UK the tap water can make us extra sick as everyone is aware of that. Also the food was ok if you are interested in different cuisine, however they never did like sandwiches or fry ups they only had chicken nuggets for kids every now and then so majority of the kids i seen survived on French fries, also if you are use to eating south asian spicy food then the food is not your type as everything is bland. the waiters are ok but need more staff as there running around like a headless chicken, they often forget when we asked for drinks and cutlery so i would defo say they are short staffed. Omg the heat in the Atrizon is something else tho they have air con on, i believe they need upgrading and maybe have small fans fitted everywhere in the hall. As majority of the hot Country does. The restaurant indian was good price and good food the main staff he was amazing and professional made me feel looked after ate there a few times. checkout day left me speechless as we was stranded without a room for more than 12 hrs, we was told if we keep a room we have to pay a additional of £150 which is disappointing as we have already paid for the trip so this should not have been organised by the resort that we should have been able to have another few hours since we have a night flight but no they left me and my infant stranded for 13hrs the staff at main desk spoke little english which was fine but he was extremely unprofessional as we already said that we wanted our baggage in the secure luggage room. Which i got told they have turns out they don’t. He left it outside the building unsafe when spoken about it. He then got them inside and then he offered my sisters whole family free meal as we had a night flight 4am however, he did not offer my family a meal when I spoke about it. He refused to give me a free lunch also he said that I already had a free meal how unprofessional as they have no clue what is going on in this resort as we checked in the morning. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused that I could not speak to a manager as the manager was in a meeting. I ended up speaking to a higher up travel assistant lady and the lady was amazing. She understood and gave us a free meal. Also I feel the staff at the main desk need high-quality training and also language barrier is a big issue but if you do not understand what the person is saying I believe you should ask a third person then give your own opinions other than that everything else was decent. Would I visit this resort again? Nope.

Very very good hotel. There is everything you need as a family. Service is good and staff is polite. Entertainment is fantastic, so energetic. Location is good, near is Naama bay
