The hotel staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel features separate areas for families with children and for adults. The quality of the food and beverages is top-notch. There is a dedicated beach, swimming pools, and a clean, safe water park with a wide variety of slides. It was the most magnificent all-inclusive vacation we have ever experienced as a family. A holiday here is both very affordable and of extremely high quality; I highly recommend it. Furthermore, the rooms are wonderfully spacious and well-designed. The hotel grounds are adorned with diverse plants and are meticulously maintained from a botanical perspective. The air and sea in the region are pristine. The hotel is situated on a vast property; internal transportation is provided by golf carts and runs seamlessly. Endless thanks to all the staff who contributed to our wonderful vacation. We also extend our deepest gratitude to General Manager Halit Bey, Operations Manager Özcan Bey, Executive Chef İbrahim Bey, Head Waiter Mahmoud Bey (the most positive man in the world), and our in-house consultant Amira.

I spent a week at this hotel. There isn’t much I can say about the hotel itself, but there is one thing that truly made our stay special — the guys, Ahmed and Emil.
These two bartenders are always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to make any drink you want, even if you ask for it 100 times! They are also happy to answer any question and help with anything you need.
Thank you, brothers! You made our days much better. You are the best!
Really relaxing week, great staff
We have just had a week’s vacation at the Swissotel. It’s a lovely hotel, very clean. Staff have been friendly and service is excellent. Nada in particular was only a WhatsApp message away and was very helpful and responsive. Any questions or issues you can contact the staff and it immediately gets sorted for you. The food in the à la carte restaurants was lovely and was easy to book. The staff in the buffet restaurant were brilliant too, friendly and remembered exactly what we liked and wanted every day. Our room was on the quieter, adult side and we enjoyed a lovely swim up room. The aqua park was a highlight, clean and well maintained and never had to queue for a slide. We also enjoyed the gym, while small it was well equipped.
