⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really great stay at Stella Di Mare Sharm El Sheikh, and I would like to thank the whole team for making it such a nice experience. First of all, a big thank you to Mr. Bola from the Reservations team, who made our reservation possible and helped make sure everything was arranged smoothly before our arrival. I really appreciate his support and kindness. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Ahmed Hassan for the smooth and easy check-in. He took care of everything we needed with a big smile and made sure we got a great room with a beautiful view. Really appreciated his warm welcome and great service. But honestly, one of the things I enjoyed the most was the Main Restaurant. The variety of food was excellent, and everything we tried was really tasty. A special thank you to Chef Mohamed Mabrook and Chef Ibrahim Beleh. They are always there, checking that everything is going well and making sure the guests are happy. Whenever we had a request, they were there to help with a smile and always did their best to make sure we enjoyed the food and got the best taste. This kind of service is what makes you want to come back again and again. ❤️ Thank you, Stella Di Mare, for another wonderful stay. Keep up the great work! 👏🇪🇬

wonderful stay at Stella Di Mare Sharm
I had a wonderful stay at Stella Di Mare Sharm from August 14th to August 24th, and it truly deserves five stars.
What impressed me most was the professionalism and excellent service of the entire hotel team. From the reception to the restaurant and room service, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable.
A special thanks to Mr. Ashraf, the Hotel Manager, for his professional management, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. His leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service across all departments.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and wonderful experience. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Stella Di Mare Sharm.

Everything in the hotel is nice. The staff and animation team are genuine and respectful which makes this hotel a favorite.
A Disappointing Experience.
⭐️⭐️ A Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was more disappointing than we expected. The biggest issue for us was the service and the lack of follow-up from some of the staff. Several times, we asked for help with different things, and we were simply told “okay,” but nothing was actually done. We had to repeat our requests several times before anything was taken care of. For example, the telephone in our room was broken. We reported it, but nobody came to fix it during our stay. I also lost some things on the balcony and informed the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done about that either. We also found some of the breakfast staff quite unfriendly and, at times, rather rude. What was especially upsetting was that one member of staff made inappropriate comments towards my friend and me and called us “pirates.” We found this disrespectful and completely inappropriate. What made the situation even worse was that he never apologized or showed any regret for what he had said. Guests should feel welcomed, respected and comfortable at a hotel. Unfortunately, we did not always feel that way during our stay. On our last day, nobody even asked us how our stay had been or whether we had enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel itself has nice surroundings, but good service, communication and respectful treatment of guests are just as important. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Overall, a very disappointing stay. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

What a wonderful hotel! The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was great, clean, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention one of the staff members. He always welcomed us with a smile, showed us to our table, and served us very quickly. He always asked if we needed anything else, if there was anything he could bring us, and how we were doing. He was simply an amazing person. We need more people like him! I give him 100%! His name is Mohamed Talat. Absolutely amazing — 100%! 👍👍👍
