Solymar Naama Bay

This was my third time staying at Jaz Neo Naama Bay and I absolutely loved it once again! My friend and I enjoyed it so much that when the hotel was fully booked for our first night we decided to book one night at another hotel just so we could stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay for the rest of our trip. I think that says a lot about how much we both love this place. I’ve stayed at a few other hotels but honestly none of them compare. There are so many reasons why we keep coming back. From the staff and the food to the atmosphere and the overall hospitality there is just so much to love about this hotel. All of the facilities are very well kept and clean and everything feels modern and up to date. The food was amazing as well and there was so much variety. The restaurant team were very accommodating and attentive to guests. They always asked if there was something missing even though there was already so much variety. Everyone was genuinely willing to make sure we had everything we needed.

I especially want to mention Mohammed Moustafa the manager. He was absolutely amazing and so helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. He constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was always willing to listen and see what he could do to help. He never made us feel like we were being difficult or asking for too much. He always tried to find a way to make things work and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy. I also want to mention Amir from reception. He remembered us from our previous visit in 2024. He was so friendly and welcoming. The only bad thing was that he happened to be going on vacation on the day we checked in, but he definitely gave us one of the warmest welcomes when we did see him.

The animation team was also amazing. They were all so friendly and energetic and always made an effort to get everyone involved without ever being pushy. They brought such a fun and positive energy to the hotel and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. A special shoutout to Alina and Memo who were both amazing and made our days even more enjoyable. They were always smiling and really helped make the atmosphere at the hotel so much fun.

Overall I had such a wonderful stay and felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of from beginning to end. The staff really make you feel comfortable and appreciated and that makes such a difference. I would happily recommend Jaz Neo Naama Bay to anyone and I can’t wait to come back again!

Vacation at JAZ NEO NAAMA BAY would be the best decision of your life, the experience is perfect the moment you step into the lobby, starting with manager Mohamed moustafa who’s commitment to satisfy clients needs and comfort, a true admirable hotel manager. The entire hotel staff are friendly, adamant to please you and make sure your needs were met. The entertainment team was extremely fun, they never allowed a boring moment, the pool bar staff were hardworking and friendly. The hotel facility is beautiful but what makes me come every time is how much everyone makes you feel at home. Genuinely would never pick any other place and I cannot wait to come back for another vacation. Guaranteed this would be the experience you’d swear by.
