Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the food was not good at all. Hygiene standards were clearly not up to expectations, which made the overall experience very unpleasant. The staff were also extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, with zero hospitality or willingness to assist.
A hotel should provide basic cleanliness, good food, and respectful service, but this place failed in all three areas. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone. We expected much better and left very disappointed.

Very bad experience
Very, Very Bad Experience!
Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
- Food: The food was absolutely terrible and practically inedible.
- All-Inclusive Is a Joke: The buffet is only open for two hours, and once it closes, even if you just want to drink water, you have to pay extra. This is completely unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel.
- Money and Personal Belongings: The staff seem to care only about taking your money. They will charge you for absolutely everything. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior.
- Hygiene: There was animal feces everywhere. The cleanliness standards were absolutely shocking.
The pool is so dirty
- Customer Service: Whenever we reported a problem to reception, they would tell us they would look into it and solve it, but nothing ever got done. They make promises but never actually resolve anything.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The service, food, cleanliness, and overall experience were extremely disappointing. You pay for an all-inclusive vacation expecting comfort and good service, but instead, you end up paying extra for basic things and dealing with problems that nobody seems willing to solve.
Save your money and choose another hotel!
The only good team is the animation team they are so friendly and the one who clean the room otherwaise everything is so bad
