Great holidays
Alaa and Monad were great and very friendly at the reception, trying to help with everything and welcome us. Sayed was great with the cleaning of the room and filling the fridge with water. Mohamed and Amer were very friendly waiter doing a great service. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back. The beach is lovely too for snorkeling. Highly recommend.

I would also like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the alcoholic drinks, Mahmoud and Shahab, as well as to the restaurant staff, Muhammad, for sharing their professional skills and high humanity. I'm very happy because we became friends in a short time; I won friends here and I remember them forever.
Great seafood By Chef Andrea at Al Dente, Novotel Beach
Lovely hotel with warm, friendly staff. Overall reall delicious food, especially at the al Dente restaurant, where Chef Andrea cooked us up a really exquisite 3 course meal. The main sea food dish of fried sea bass, Calamari and giant king prawns was lovely. It's just a pity that the menu is slightly limited.... this place deserves more variety of dishes, please !!!
Monad at Guest relations and check in . over at the Novotel Beach was alo excellent with his customer care and check in. Overall I highly recommend a stay either at the Novotel Beach or The palm for a really relaxing sta ya Sharm el sheikh.
