Sensational hotel simply the best!
This hotel was unforgettable from start to finish. From checking in to checking out the staff were caring, kind, friendly and extremely attentive. Lovely modern clean room, lovely main restaurant and bar, great choice of food and has a la carte options too. Everyone who works there made our holiday feel very special and made us feel very special too. I would go back in an instant to experience this amazing place again. It has such a great feel good factor about it. Thank you to all staff and hope to see you again in the future. From room 359 guests Fiona and Chris.

Great location
Great hotel, staff are so helpful with everything. Food can be a little samey but that's all inclusive folks! The wave pool is a nice touch but the entertainment is non existent. With that said, just walk across the road and you enter a whole world of everything needed for a great holiday!
Have to give extra credit to hany from the pool staff, he literally made us feel like we were waited on hand and foot, nothing was too much trouble.

we had such a lovely stay at naama waves. A massive thank you to Hany lifeguard by the pool and Ahmed from the restaurant. we were looked after so well and we came home feeling completely refreshed and relaxed!

September visit
We travelled as a family of 3, 9 year old Son.
Location: This is right by Naama Bay so travel through the Sister Hotel opposite & you can get there and to the beach.
Day Atmosphere: The atmosphere by the pool is pretty chill, not a lot to do for kids. Darts during the day twice a day and a game of water polo.
Night Atmosphere: There is entertainment sometimes outside of the restaurant, nobody told us but there is entertainment behind the wave pool on an evening. (We found this ourselves). Belly dancers, fire shows.
Entertainment staff work hard and are very lovely!
We had two rooms, very spacious and clean,
Noise level: We were on ground floor and there was a lot of noise from upstairs. Chairs dragging and doors slamming but had early morning arrivals.
Food: The food is a huge downfall for this hotel. It is very very repetitive and not up to standard. There is a cafe Ethno open daily, serving sandwiches..this saved us for lunch time but ended up in Naama Bay for tea some nights.
3 of us had poorly stomachs for almost half of the holiday. Stay away from the ice and there is a very handy chemist next door!
Staff: Staff are very friendly, guys by the pool cannot do enough for you! I don’t think we lay our own towels out once. They interact with the kids and always smiling.
Restaurant staff do seem a little different, once they realise you haven’t tipped them they make it clear they don’t want to serve you. People tip differently at different times and is not mandatory, i feel all service should be the same for all customers. A specific employee was Ahmad Gamal who made it clear he wasn’t doing anything for us and focused on other families.
Star of the trip - Mina! Mina works mainly in the restaurants and always served us with a smile and honestly couldn’t do enough for us! An asset to the hotel x

Bad incident which make me felt racism with mr ahmed hassan behavior Which pissed me off.
I like the hotel and the staff but i had bad incident which from non responsible person which deal with me with bad attitude and i felt Racism it was my 4th time in this hotel and im take the highest Wristband which hard and when i check out and took coffee he said we will charge you as it after 12 oclock and with other nationalities he leave them drink and eat dinner launch….etc till their plane which i felt racism and felt insulted me and never seen this in any 5 stars hotels even i was in anther hotel which same group namaa bay(tropital before ) and i never had this kind of incident and i visited this hotels every years since 6 years ago but i felt bad and the thing which shocked my mind that he is not new staff he is financial manger(MR ahmed hassan) and i wrote the same in review of the hotel but till not no one contact me maybe they take care or only Russian customers and i dont advise any arabic guest to visit this hotel if they will keep with this new bad attitude but apart of that Receptionist is very nice mr ahmed and specially mr Alaa he is very helpful and flexible what ever i ask from helping and sending hause keeping and explaining hotel facilities every thing was amazing from him very appreciated his kindness and support the guests i hope this complain be taken in consideration as i told mr ahmed hassan i will write this he doesn’t care which screw my vacation and i never think to visit this hotel again because of his behavior he did all of that for 60 pound coffee which i normal leave 1000 tip for staff anyway thank you mr ahmed hassan
