Great stay with outstanding guest relation!
We had a lovely stay at Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort! The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach with wonderful views and easy access to the water. The beach area is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. A special thank you goes to Guest Relation Ola, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help make our stay comfortable. Overall, it was a great vacation, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality of the team!

Very pleasant impression of NaamaBay Promenade!
A beautiful, modern place with a nice atmosphere and a well-maintained area. It is clear that attention has been paid to details and that comfortable conditions for rest and living have been created.
I would also like to mention a girl named Olya who works at the reception. She is very kind, cheerful, always helpful, and a really nice person.
I especially liked the atmosphere, the views, and the overall feeling of coziness. I definitely want to come back again!

This was my second time visiting this marvelous hotel, and everything was absolutely top-notch. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work. I’d especially like to highlight Mr. Mohamed Hashem at the front desk—he always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is seamless and comfortable.

Great Hotel, Food, and Location
Great Hotel, Food, and Location The hotel is excellent, with very good food and a convenient location—about 5 minutes by taxi from Naama Bay and 10 minutes from SOHO Square. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The soundproofing was also good, so noise was not a problem during the stay. The main downside was the entertainment, which was quite disappointing and could be greatly improved. Most of the staff and waiters were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, a few employees seemed mainly interested in receiving tips and were less attentive otherwise. Some also appeared more focused only on talking to Russian girls. Overall, I would rate the hotel 7/10. With better entertainment and more consistent service from all staff members, it could easily be a 10/10.
