I had a really great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. The animation team was one of the best parts of my stay — they were energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having a good time.
The general vibe of the hotel was very enjoyable and relaxing, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay!

I also really enjoyed the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and organized lots of fun activities throughout the day. The entertainment and atmosphere were amazing, especially for families and children.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having returned from 2 weeks we have had the best holiday as a family of 4. When we first arrived I was a little disappointed by the reception as the photos made it appear grand and a lot bigger than it actually was, however that's a small issue. Very easy check in, straight to room which was big enough for us although I think the beds could have been a little bigger as 2 adults sharing is quite snug! The pools were so warm and plenty of sunbeds. Top tip - tipping secures best beds.
Karim from entertainment is amazing and great with the kids.
Samy from clifftop pool was so attentive and friendly. He is sneaky with ice water 😂
Food is varied and decent enough. Enough activities without being overbearing. Aircon is a god send.
Located right in centre of Naama Bay centre but no noise heard when doors closed.
Activities/excursions are so reasonably priced and a must as is the Hard rock cafe!!

Best holiday ever
The rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. The animation team, Abbie, ola, Marian, and Karim really made the holiday a special one. The activities such as aqua gym was amazing. The bar staff was lovely always knew what I wanted.
Will be back again and would 100% recommend.
