Naama Bay Hotel and Resort

The rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. The animation team, Abbie, ola, Marian, and Karim really made the holiday a special one. The activities such as aqua gym was amazing. The bar staff was lovely always knew what I wanted.

Will be back again and would 100% recommend.

Naama Bay hotel was a super hotel, very clean, well maintained and with very friendly staff. The hotel is set right in the heart of the shops with a pharmacy, supermarket, excursion coordinators and restaurants all just a few steps away. The private beaches are also less than 5 minutes walk away. As a group of 2 families of 4, we were a large group to accommodate, but the hotel did it effortlessly. The restaurant staff would see us enter and immediately source us 2 tables to push together, they would remember our drinks order and bring them to us. They were friendly and professional. The food was tasty and varied, very good for an AI buffet. There are 2 restaurants to chose from, our favourite was the grill bar. Our rooms were large and spacious, cleaned every day with lovely towel sculptures most days too! The cleaners would greet us every day and always ask if we needed anything. Our favourite place to be was by the cliff top pool. The towel attendants were brilliant, saving us 8 beds every day, having a joke and a laugh with us. Hany ElSayed was the friendliest life guard/towel attendant. We felt like friends. The bar staff there were also fantastic, bringing us drinks throughout the day, keeping us hydrated while also having fun with us. Samy was a super bar man. We have to give a big shout out to the entertainment staff, Abbie and the team were so good at their jobs, engaging people in poolside games, answering any questions we had, entertaining the children and generally making sure all guests were having a great time. Their energy was immeasurable especially during some very hot days. The evening entertainment was good and well organised. If you just want a quiet evening then the lobby is air conditioned and relaxing. There were various pockets to the large complex, if you wanted loud and busy you could find it but if you wanted quiet days there were several smaller pools that you could spend your day. Another mention goes to Mahmoud from the excursion desk in the lobby. He was very helpful, sorted us out with some water sports down at the beach and looked after us very well. The holiday in total was a huge success for us, great value for money and we created so many memories. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
