Great beach and helpful staff
With it's price range, the hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful and did their best to acommodate us. Ali at the reception was really helpful, took great care of us and made us feel home. Beach no.1 was amazing, you don't have to book an extra tour to explore red sea underwater life. You can do it in this hotel for free, just with a snorkel. The food was ok, can't say 10/10, restaurant was a little small, and buffets could not handle the crowd. Needs a bigger restaurant. All around, staff really give their best to make this hotel live up to Mövenpick and Accor name.

Nail appointment
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I had booked my appointment for 4:30 and agreed on $35 the day before. When I arrived, the woman there was extremely rude speaking on the phone , barely greeted me, and then I was told the person I booked with wasn’t available and that the price would suddenly be €70.
It’s not about the price, it’s about the attitude, the lack of communication, and the way I was treated as a client. This is simply not professional. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this nail place , you will be surprised with different prices on the spot !

Very relaxing, enjoyable and excellent vacation, many thanks to Mr Sayed, Hani, George, Cherif, Mohamad and all the staff and special thanks to all the housekeepers specially in villa1 I only give the open buffet a rate of 6/10

A Memorable Indian Dining Experience at Mövenpick Sharm
The Indian restaurant at Mövenpick Sharm is absolutely marvelous at night, offering a beautiful view overlooking Naama Bay.
Sara, Hani, and Chef Mohamed went above and beyond to make our dinner truly special. Their warm welcome, attentive service, and genuine hospitality made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the evening. Chef Mohamed prepared delicious Indian dishes with rich, authentic flavors, and every plate was beautifully presented.
The restaurant’s elegant atmosphere, relaxing ambiance, and stunning nighttime view created the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. We especially appreciated the staff’s attention to detail and their willingness to ensure that everything was perfect.
A wonderful place to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine with excellent service and a breathtaking view. Highly recommended! 🌟🇮🇳
