I recommend this hotel
The hotel is simply SUPER. It’s my 9 visit to this hotel. A great place to bring the whole family. The food is delicious, the service is excellent. Special thanks to Chef Mohsen-y, who is so kind, friendly, and optimistic. Karim Elsayed at reception is very attentive, Ahmed at reception speaks Armenian without an accent. Ali Anany at reception is also great. Sara, who serves customers, is very beautiful and smart. Mahmoud at reception is very kind and always ready to help. Ashraf is a wonderful person, very kind and always helpful. He has a golden touch and can instantly make anything he wishes come true. Waled, who does room service, is very attentive. Mohamed, who also does room service, is very creative and makes towels into anything you want—people, animals, and so on. Osama, who provides towels on the beach, is very friendly and has a sense of humor, and Mohamed at the beach bar is very helpful. And a special thank you to Mohamed Gamil for his responsiveness. Excellent hotel, 10/10! We always come back.
Some real feedback
The Hotel is barely 3 stars in my opinion. Stuff doesn't care about you or your experience at all, besides housekeepers and desk worker Mouhab which was trying to help us with whatever he could unlike the others such as back office worker who was walking there casually and as if trying to solve something but ruined everything indeed. First impression thanks to him (Mouhab) was good but then started the real picture (which was way worse). Animation team is too poor nothing interesting. The place is mostly maybe for elderly couples unlike us. I chose the hotel because of the beach and that was one of few good reasons and that's it. Not coming here no more for sure! Hire more people like Mouhab or at least raise him to manager or something.

Wonderful days in marina Sharm El Sheikh
I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was really good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, room service was fast, and the restaurant had tasty food with a good variety.
The gym was nice and had everything I needed, and the animation team did an amazing job. They were full of energy and made every day fun with different activities and entertainment.
I've been coming here for years, and every year I can see improvements. The hotel keeps getting better and better. I definitely recommend it and will be happy to come back again!
