Amazing Stay with Outstanding Staff & Service
I had an amazing stay at the hotel and honestly enjoyed every moment. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was great from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Saif from the kitchen for his kindness and amazing service, Bahaa at the reception for always being helpful and welcoming, and Mohamed at the pool for his great attitude and excellent service.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to the entire animation team. They were all amazing, energetic, and made the stay much more fun. A special thank you to Dody, who was especially friendly, funny, and always making sure everyone was having a good time. 🙌
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. You can really feel that the staff care about the guests and try their best to make everyone happy.
If I could suggest one thing for improvement, it would be to have a greater variety of food. The food was good, but having more variety and changing some of the dishes from day to day would make the dining experience even better.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️
Honest review
Just returned from this hotel the food was average but a terrible area for meals, like a canteen far too small rude guests constantly reaching over you to grab food it was like a cattle market !! Not my idea of a nice relaxing breakfast or evening meal time. Staff overall friendly and helpful especially room attendants and lifeguards at the pool. Reception staff were unhelpful 4 times we were asked to go back just to ask if we could get a late check out... to be told no we are full? Why not just say the 1st time surely they know if there full or not !! Toilet facilities are poor in both the pool area and reception water all over the floor constantly and generally not clean. The rooms are very dated but kept clean. Overall i had an enjoyable holiday but would not stay at the Jaz Sharm Dreams again i have stayed in Egypt many times and recieved much better service and facilities elsewhere.

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent hospitality, amazing food, and outstanding service. I felt completely at home and would happily return again. Highly recommended!
Pool view room-upper side
Hotel needs renovation and the food is way below average in terms of variety and taste. Additionally, golf cars and staff should restlessly be touring 24/7 around the upper area because it can be quite far from main amenities such as restaurant and main pool. I need to mention that the food is clean, no bad hygiene but lacks flavor and has alot of room for improvement. Rooms are super old and not taken care of at all! Broken faucets, weak showers, rusty showerhead and cracked doors. Not what you exactly look forward to in a 5 stars hotel. Few staff members are very annoying when it comes to how pushy they can be asking for tips everyday at all times . This does annoy the guests specifically when eating. Bathrooms have a very bad smell when you flush them wven directly after cleaning, we had to buy some detergent and pour it daily to avoid smell in our rom. Golf car, concierge staff and lifeguards are amazing .
New visit to Naama Bay
Lovely holiday hotel, great location and excellent staff. Food poor choice no plain food for British I’m not fussy eater but lukewarm warm meat and gravy. No sparkling wines. Shame as I would like to have gone back if they change menu and and choice of wines.
