Basic i’d say 2 star
British family of 3, 1 adult 2 teenagers.
Arrived to be informed we’d been upgraded, got to the room and it was definitely not an upgrade. Room dated, bathroom definitely needed an upgrade. Soap holder rusty and hanging off the wall. The tiles and bath and built in dirt, the ceiling patchy and flaking. Our glasses or cups were not washed or replaced for the hole week. Towels and bed were made daily. The pool area is nice with new showers, no toilet area, we made several trips back to our room. The lifeguards will help you get a bed if you tip on your first day. Food one word awful. The menu is the same most days, the waiters are kind and help the few english there find a table in hope of a tip. The spa and gym area. Myself and my 14 year old daughter had a massage on day 2. The massage itself was lovely however overpriced but were on holiday so i wanted a mother daughter treat. The lady was very pushy for a tip even though I’d paid £110 for our treatment, she sent my daughter out of the room then grabbed my hands and said I was nice to you and your girl leave me a tip. I was so taken back by this behaviour. The spa area is unbelievably run down and dirty. The shower/toilet area was disgusting no other words for it. There was grim and dirt that had clearly been there for months around the shower area. In the main building where the bar/restaurant/shop is there is 3 toilets for females, they are very run down, soap dispenser often empty and the hygiene of others is very questionable, i’m unsure how you get feaces up the wall but someone managed to several times. Toilet seats hanging off and in need of modification. I complained twice regarding the toilets and again it was a long walk back to our rooms if we were in the bar and restaurant. The sister hotel was lovely, pleasent small pool, good toilet facilities, wasn’t allowed to use the all inclusive even though we had a gold band but could use the buffet by the beach, hot dogs, pizza chips. Beach area is lovely and you can use the bar at the buffet restaurant. Myself and my daughter became unwell on day 4 and 5 with stomach issues. Would I recommend this hotel to my friends and family…definitely NOT.

Amazing
Everything thing amazing ,pool and beach and the room really good
A perfect two weeks.
What an amazing holiday from beginning to end. The hotel is perfectly placed to make the most of the snorkelling on its private beach over the road. You can chose which pool to spend your time based on its atmosphere - the more energetic main pool with the animation team. Or, as we did, a more calm stay around one of the other many pool options available. The staff at the hotel were incredible and made sure our stay was just perfect. To name only a few:- Pool staff - Mohamed and Yasser watching over swimmers for their own safety while also helping sunbathers with umbrellas when needed too. You both looked after our older parents as if they were your own. Thank you.
Pool bar staff - Yasser who speaks many languages to make sure each and every person is welcomed and looked after with their drinks of choice, and later, Ahmed who served us everyday with a greeting each time and brought our drinks to us. You are both incredible.
Restaurant staff - Hassan and Zachariah, you were both so friendly and helped our family feel welcomed at every sitting.
Bar Manager, Reda and waiter Mohamed - thank you for endless supply of vodka and creative cocktails.
Reception staff member Ali was always on hand with his colleagues whenever we had questions too. Thank you.
We stayed in room 2008 and our first cleaner made sure little touches were not missed. We had pillow and towel art almost every day and the room was always spotless with fresh towels.
The only drawback to our entire stay was the main restaurant as it was just so so busy, however, the hotel has the Italian eatery AlFresco on the beach front that you can go to for lunch or book into on an evening for a more relaxed atmosphere.
All in all the most incredible two weeks. Thank you to ALL of the staff at Jaz Sharm Dreams - it is the staff who make this hotel what it is and you are all wonderful.

Excellent experience
It was really excellent experience in Jaz Sharm dreams The room with very good , food was excellent with excellent variety, the hospitality of all the team was great especially MR.Bahaa in front desk, he was very collaborative & he facilitated everything in almost no time.
