أسوء فندق في شرم الشيخ
I have stayed at the same hotel three times over the past three consecutive years, and unfortunately, this has been by far the worst experience.
The food is exactly the same as last year, with very little variety, and the quality has deteriorated significantly. The upholstered furniture and seating around the bar area are extremely dirty and clearly in need of proper cleaning and maintenance. The food quality is so poor that it is barely acceptable.
The daily activities have also been removed and replaced with very basic alternatives, which gives the impression that costs are being cut at the expense of the overall guest experience.
The type and behavior of some of the guests has also made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The hotel was so overcrowded that we, as foreign guests, ended up moving to a completely isolated area just to find somewhere peaceful to sit.
Overall, the situation has deteriorated dramatically compared with previous years. It is very disappointing to see the hotel getting worse instead of improving, especially after having stayed here several times before.

الطعام هو نفسه تمامًا كما في العام الماضي، مع تنوع محدود للغاية، وتدهورت جودته بشكل ملحوظ. الأثاث المنجد والمقاعد حول منطقة البار متسخة للغاية وتحتاج بوضوح إلى تنظيف وصيانة دورية. جودة الطعام رديئة لدرجة أنها بالكاد مقبولة.
كما تم إلغاء الأنشطة اليومية واستبدالها ببدائل بسيطة للغاية، مما يوحي بتخفيض التكاليف على حساب تجربة النزلاء بشكل عام.
أضافت نوعية وسلوك بعض النزلاء جوًا غير مريح للغاية. كان الفندق مكتظًا لدرجة أننا، كنزلاء أجانب، اضطررنا إلى الانتقال إلى منطقة معزولة تمامًا لنبحث عن مكان هادئ للجلوس.
بشكل عام، تدهور الوضع بشكل كبير مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة. من المحبط جدًا رؤية الفندق يزداد سوءًا بدلًا من أن يتحسن، خاصة بعد إقامتي فيه عدة مرات من قبل.
Very good
Overall the hotel was good, the best food was probably the restaurant on the beach at the sister hotel. We stayed away from the main buffet as much as we could! All the staff where lovely, the lifeguards Khaled and Ahmed were absolutely brilliant, very attentive and great with the kids!

Lower your expectations
Just returned home after a 10 night stay here and have mixed feelings about this hotel. It’s advertised as a 5 star, it is at best a 3 star. We thought we had book a little bit of luxury, we were wrong! Dinning room is like a zoo, luckily if you are with easy jet you get to use the tex mex restaurant. It still has the same food but it’s less crazy. The rooms are dated, definitely not 5 star. Sun loungers fall apart, swim up bar is dirty. The best part of this hotel is the staff, Mustafa the life guard, brilliant! Islam the bar man, brilliant. It’s a shame but we won’t be returning to this hotel.
