Nice holiday
We had stayed at the hotel this october. Honestly we werent quite sure what to expect before we came here however our experience was better than what we were expecting. The location was great being just a short walking distance from Naama Bay that is filled with shops restaurants and just nice places to visit. The hotel has a small area so it was a bit crowded during our stay however the whole place in general nicely looked after. The entertainment people were the highlight of our stay, positive and friendly people. We joined in for various activities they had on the beach. Staff at the pool bar were nice lads as well. Food was alright for a 4 star resort. Overall we got what we paid for)

Dear people,I really don’t suggest…I’m really disappointed in my vacation,that was the worst I could ever do First of all,if you don’t choose “deluxe” room,that will not be okay) Our room was so dirty,especially the bathroom,we didn’t have a hairdresser and the TV wasn’t working There are 2 bars,one is all inclusive and free, the second is not free BUT: Just as we arrived,we wanted smth to drink,I told them to give me 3-4 beers,but they refused and told me that I’m one and I need only 1 There is no respect towards clients,this is the first hotel where I didn’t see any hospitality( But,the sea and the restaurant were great.I liked both of them.I even hit my leg in the sea,and the lifeguard immediately cured it)That was lovely I really don’t recommend,that’s my opinion
Terrible experience
The only highlight of my stay at Gafy Resort was the reception team, especially Ramy, who was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was also comfortable.
Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The food quality was very poor, and the F&B team was unprofessional, even arguing with each other in front of guests. Basic breakfast items were constantly empty, and I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get cereal for my kids, despite asking several chefs. I eventually had to speak to the Executive Chef myself.
The recreation/animation team was unfriendly, arrogant, and showed little interest in engaging with guests. I also noticed that some staff appeared much friendlier and more attentive to non-Arab guests, which was disappointing and did not feel fair. The WIFI is terrible, either reconnecting or no network at all
This hotel has potential, but it urgently needs better food quality, stronger restaurant management, and customer service training.
