Predatory Hotel Workers
Within seconds of getting dropped off at the hotel we saw two hotel staff members acting predatory towards two young girls. They made us sit and wait before checking us in and then gave us our room key. The room was shocking air con didn’t work tv turned on but showed static and the volume was stuck on full and it was two single beds for me and my fiancee. We asked to swap rooms which they did although the other room was only slightly better. Excursion guy based at hotel is just as bad as the local shop keepers they say £50 pound but charge you £55. Shop directly across the road charged us £10 for two bottles of water and a tub of Pringles. We asked from the first day and every other day after about late check out as check out is at 12 and we aren’t leaving for the airport until 7pm, the reception kept saying must come back tomorrow. On last day I went and asked again around 7am and was told come back at 10, came back at 10 and was told come back at 10:30. When we came back they said no we can’t have late checkout as hotel is fully booked now. Only reason I have left one star and not zero is the restaurant manager Usama was very kind and reserved us a table each day for breakfast lunch and dinner. Avoid this place.
Relaxing 2 weeks
Came for 2 weeks as soon as we got there the staff was amazing .met lovely friends now .Osama and restaurants staff could not do enough for you . Animation team was fantastic there just doing there job to get you involved. Food was really good . Some rooms need updated but very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. Will definitely be returning again in feb . 5 🌟 thanks again for a lovely 2 weeks stay .Gary and lexi

5 Star Staff . . . 1 Star Hotel
I alway's Write a Review on anywhere I go and am alway's Honest this is no exception. This is SERIOULY a One Star (if that) Hotel, It is in need of SERIOUS Updating for a Start, my Room had a Door to the Barhroom that I had to push with my Shoulder to get open because the Floor Tiles were too high, the Shower Cubicle had no Shelve's in it, my Patio Door would not Lock so they sent an "Engineer" to fix it, He put in a new Latch but guess what . . . It still didn't lock (Surprise!) The Air Con vent's had not been cleaned in Year's, and the Wardrobe only FOUR Coat Hanger's??? The Black Out Curtain's were from the 80's So now we go to the "Food" Bland, Unimaginative Slop! I'm sorry but it was, you would expect from Egypt full of Spice but no, Curried Potatoe's? Curry Chicken? Oriental Vegetables? Would have done better with a Pot Noodle. Drink's. Lager? Something that had a Honey aftertaste Red Wine? Chilled and Tasteless! Spirit's? Where's the Alcohol?? Animation Team. Please Please Please stop playing your ultra Modern Mix's! The majority of the People that were there would like some 80's 90's 2000 Music not all that Ultra modern Stuff you play, maybe some more relaxing Music in the Afternoon? If I have to hear the mix of "Hotel California" by the Eagle's again I will Top Myself! Please, if you are going to get people playing Dart's get a new Board not one that resemble's a Wok and new Dart's would be good too not the bendy one's you have? Still with me? There are some Plus Point . . . There was a reason why I said 5 Star Staff GOD BLESS OSAMA!!! He should be the Top Man here, nothing was a Problem with Him, He would sort it, this Man should be in a better Hotel than this, all the Staff will look after you, they will give you a Friendly Smile and ask if everything's ok, make you feel at Home and Welcomed. It's such a Pity that they are going to Work everyday in a place that without some Financial Injection that thing's will only get worse. Overall . . Yer Pay for what Yer get, last Year I stayed at Shark's Bay and it would blow Naamer Star out of the Water!

Had a lovely time
We have just got back from another stay at falcon , we had an amazing time It’s a 3 star hotel but as always five star service Check in guys were great at reception really quick no issues We had one of the newer rooms it was lovely great improvement ,the cleaning guys were in everyday and were smashing lads I was impressed that we had different towel art everyday All pool guys were great as always big smiles always checking in on you Animation team were great all of them always smiling trying to get us lazys involved ! Full of fun and energy Restaurant guys and chefs great we always found something everyday we liked some really tasty food and were accommodating to the ppl who didn’t perhaps want what was on offer Bar staff fab always delivering your drinks with a smile I heard lots of complaints but I can’t really see why ?do some things needs updating yes but as said before they are starting the updates And it’s a three star hotel , but most definitely five star service Thanks to everyone who works so hard with smile on their faces , we look forward to next time !
