Perched on a peaceful hill in Sharm El Sheikh, this alluring hotel offers a an ideal location for those seeking to have a unique vacation experience, offering all the facilities required by today's discerning travellers. The property is at less than 4 km distance from the historic centre of Sharm El Sheikh and about 12 km from the airport. The accommodation units are beautifully appointed with modern amenities, where guests will feel right at home. Some of the facilities include individual air-conditioning, mini bar and a private terrace or balcony. World-class dining in the on-site restaurants and a wide variety of options for relaxation and entertainment, such as a private beach, two different swimming pools and a fantastic health area, enhance the fresh, Mediterranean ambience of the hotel. Other services include volleyball facilities, a kids' club and a professional animation team.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have just returned home from an amazing 2 week all inclusive stay as a family of 4 (two children aged 7 and 5). We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so attentive from the cleaners to the restaurant staff to the animation team. Anything you needed to make your stay more enjoyable they would do their best to accommodate. Kerolles on reception was always so helpful, even ordering a mcdonald’s to be delivered one evening for us when the children really fancied it and allowing us to use a room to shower before we left for our evening flight (check out is 12pm but we were able to use the hotels facilities right up until our transfer arrived to take us to the airport) . The food was fine, always something that we liked- as always with all inclusive it can become repetitive after two weeks but we still enjoyed it. Nathan’s restaurant was lovely, Ibrahim was so friendly and helpful and I would really reccomend the mongolian option- you choose exactly what you would like to go into your meal and the chef cooks it infront of you. The animation team lead by Karim were great, Karim will make an effort to get to know you as will the rest of the team and encourage you to join in, but there is no pressure, if you don’t want to join in they don’t push you into it. There were various different pool parties while we were there which the kids loved- particularly the night time pool party. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the coral beach (amazing for snorkelling) and the sandy beach ( perfect for relaxing and swimming in the sea) daily and also to soho square, naama bay and old market on alternate evenings. The hotel was always clean and tidy and everyone works so hard to maintain the lovely atmosphere. You are made to feel genuinely welcome from the minute you walk in. If you would like to arrange excursions Mohammed is on hand to help you, again he is not pushy, just very helpful. We arranged some water sports with him and also a dolphin show which was lovely. I would definitely reccomend this hotel and can see why people return year after year.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and, in my opinion, did not meet the standards expected of a four-star property. The hotel itself is very old, and the main swimming pool is quite small. Access to the beach is only available via a hotel shuttle bus. Unfortunately, the buses provided are old, poorly maintained, and not air-conditioned. Moreover, there are only three scheduled shuttle trips per day, which is very inconvenient. Compared to other hotels in the area, where shuttle buses typically operate every 30–60 minutes, the transportation service here is significantly limited. I also had to change my room because the bathroom door was broken, and the mini-fridge was leaking water onto the floor. The overall level of cleanliness was average and, in my opinion, below what should be expected from a four-star hotel. The food quality was also disappointing. It was generally below a good standard, and on some occasions, the food appeared to be old or was not properly cooked. Overall, I expected a much better experience from a four-star hotel. There are several areas that clearly need improvement, particularly the transportation service, room maintenance, cleanliness, and food quality.
Apsaloutly gorgeous hotel and they have a lovely staff its the first holiday that ive acc not wanted to leave i miss them so much I have my favourites and coming back too see them next year recommend they also have lots of entertainment for the kids and even adults and food was lovely there and im a picky eater. Can't wait to go back their soon
We stayed at this hotel for a week, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. There are no lifts in the hotel, which made things very difficult as we were travelling with a toddler and a baby in a double pram. We were unable to use the pram around the hotel and had to carry both children up and down the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient. The food was also quite average, with the same meals being repeated regularly and very little variety or choice. Unfortunately, we also suffered from food poisoning during our stay, which made the experience even worse. The Wi-Fi was another issue, as it simply did not work properly during our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and, based on our stay, would not recommend this hotel.
I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a really fun and relaxing holidays either family, couple or a group of friends, the food is amazing and varied, the animation team is super friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean. the staff are the most crucial part of this hotel and they are doing an amazing job.
