An Amazing Stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort! 🌴☀️ I had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Diamond! The hotel is excellent, and our room with a spectacular sea view was simply breathtaking. The restaurants offer delicious food with a great variety of choices, and the cocktails are tasty too! The staff and managers are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Eliana, the amazing Italian entertainer! She is full of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity from morning until night. Whether she is entertaining adults with Zumba and aqua gym or making children smile with the mini disco every evening, she always puts her heart into everything she does. Her energy is contagious, and she really makes a difference to the guests’ experience! Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. I had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again!

Overall, we had a very good experience at the Diamond Hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay!
There were a few small issues at the beginning, particularly with the reception and our rooms. However, the staff eventually managed to resolve these problems, which we appreciated.
The spa experience was also very good overall. However, we had a slightly disappointing experience with one of the ladies handling the spa reservations. She was not particularly friendly and made us feel rushed, which was unfortunate because the spa should be a place to relax and enjoy the moment.
The restaurants and food were very good, and we really enjoyed the variety of meals offered throughout our stay.
Regarding the restaurant staff, chefs, and waiters, most of them were very kind, respectful, and welcoming. Of course, some were more friendly and attentive than others, but that’s normal everywhere. Overall, we really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.
The entertainment team was also fantastic! All the entertainers were very friendly, welcoming, and always brought a positive atmosphere to the hotel. They really helped make our stay enjoyable.
There were also a few small details that could be improved, such as the towels in our room. For example, we were three people, but sometimes only received two towels. Nothing too serious, just little things that could be better organized.
Despite these minor issues, we had a really nice stay. The atmosphere was great, the food was good, and we met many wonderful and respectful people.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday enjoyable. We had a great time! 😊
I’m not satisfied
Overall everything good but the entertainment it’s not good at all from my side it’s zero experience in the beginning nice but when I stay long all it was opposite side I’m really sorry about it but that’s my feedback Thank you

So bad service to this is the first time and last to come back there from the security to the manger
