A great location with some of the best corals I've seen in sharm El sheikh. Friendly atmosphere. Staff is always happy to help and support. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, everything in great condition everything is working, a special thanks to the cleaning team, always left us speechless of the cleanliness of our room. Value corresponds to the quality of the hotel. Noise levels were always kept normal, it was calm even when the music was playing as it was always calming. Some of the amenities were excellent such as robe, and slippers that were in the room,there was also a spacious balcony and regularly changed towels and bed sheets.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this resort and were very happy with our overall experience. The combination of an excellent location, beautiful marine life, family-friendly facilities, and very attentive service made this a truly memorable stay. The hotel is set in a truly excellent location, both in terms of its sheltered bay and rich marine life, as well as its surrounding infrastructure. The bay is well protected from the wind, which makes it ideal for swimming and snorkelling in all conditions. The reef offers an incredible variety of marine life, including green sea turtles, eagle rays, and the rare and fascinating guitarfish, which was a real highlight for us. We also enjoyed regular sightings of moray eels, parrotfish, and numerous species of butterflyfish. We were lucky enough to see squid as well, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is also very well located in terms of infrastructure. There are several shops and a pharmacy within walking distance, as well as a supermarket nearby. The airport is very close, and the transfer by taxi takes around 30 minutes, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The staff at the hotel were generally very hardworking and clearly doing their best in a very busy and large resort with a high volume of guests. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service in the main restaurant from the waiters and bar staff, as well as Chef Helmi and our waiter Mohammed, who all contributed to a very positive experience with their attentiveness and professionalism. We would also like to sincerely thank the hotel manager Mahmoud for his thoughtful and attentive approach during our stay. His willingness to listen and his genuine care for guests made a real difference to our holiday and was greatly appreciated. Our family spent a lot of time at the large children’s swimming pool, which became the absolute highlight for the children. The pool is beautifully designed, very spacious, and has a gentle shallow entry, making it perfect for children. The lifeguard on duty there was extremely responsible and attentive, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. We had a fantastic room on the ground floor with direct access to the children’s swimming pool. This was absolutely ideal for our family and made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect, very quiet, which suited our needs very well, while still being close to both the main restaurant and the reception area. Having direct access to the pool meant the children could simply step outside and go straight into the water, which they absolutely loved. The main restaurant was very clean, and tables were cleared and cleaned extremely quickly. We also felt that food hygiene standards were well maintained throughout our stay, and everything was handled in a very organised and reassuring way. The food was very varied, with a wide selection of dishes available at every meal. There was a good variety of grilled dishes, Italian cuisine, and Far Eastern dishes, as well as a strong selection of meat and seafood options. There was also a wide choice of fresh fruit available daily. We also appreciated the availability of lighter, simply prepared dishes, which may be helpful for guests who prefer or require less heavy food. This included boiled meat, fish, chicken, and boiled vegetables. It was also very positive that food was replenished quickly and continuously. Even during busy times or later in service, dishes were regularly topped up, and we did not experience empty trays or items running out. We also really enjoyed the coffee, which was consistently very good and made it genuinely pleasant to have a cup throughout the day. The shared areas of the hotel felt comfortable and well organised, even though it is a large and busy resort. We were always able to find seating without any difficulty, whether in the lobby, restaurants, or other common areas. Despite the high number of guests, everything felt well managed and never overwhelming, which made it easy to relax and move around the hotel. The hotel offers a good balance between entertainment and relaxation. There is daily animation during the day, including both English-speaking and Italian entertainment teams, as well as evening entertainment around the main bar area. At the same time, there are also very quiet areas throughout the resort, and it was always possible to find peaceful spots where noise was not an issue at all. The hotel offers a very good range of on-site facilities, which makes the stay very convenient for families. There are several shops and a pharmacy within the resort, as well as multiple swimming pools and a beach towel service. The beach area is also well equipped, with toilets, showers, and a large beach bar offering drinks and snacks. Although the hotel is quite busy, the beach itself is spacious, and we were generally able to find sunbeds without difficulty. For families, there is a children’s playground, as well as a water park, which was a real highlight for our children. The water park is divided into two separate areas, one designed for younger children and another for older children and adults. Overall, we felt that the hotel offered very good value for money. The overall experience, including the location, facilities, food, and service, was well in line with what we paid, and in some aspects exceeded our expectations. We left feeling very satisfied with the experience and very happy with our choice of hotel
