That was wonderful
The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are really friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are lovely, the entertainment is excellent, and the team is very helpful and enthusiastic.
Exceeded Very Expectation
This resort is fantastic, the staff and customer service blew our minds! From the moment we arrived to the second we left, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Location, cleanliness, room, facilities and amenities were all amazing and beyond our expectations. The atmosphere is up to you - join in with happenings day or night, or find a quiet spot and do your own thing! Lots of different nationalities getting along together, nobody spoiling things for others, just having a nice time! Oodles of food choices - do not miss the Mediterranean restaurant on floor 5 - this is where you will find lots of freshly cooked traditional dishes to try - incredible variety of flavours and options. Also, book the Culina à la carte - it's lovely (we thought the beef was the best). The main restaurant is excellent too - lots of choice and dietary requirements catered for. Again, restaurant staff are fantastic - a mention here for Omer, who somehow always managed to remember our drinks order! Huge thanks to some specific members of staff who truly took our holiday to another level, including the beach club DJ, Beach Barmen, Mahmoud & Eslam from the pool (who I think we may have adopted into our family) and most of all Anastasia - if only all customer service everywhere was at her standard - she's incredible. The gardeners brought me flowers, the cleaners brought fruit and anti-mosquito plugs, and the animation team managed to entertain THE most mixed-nationality audience imaginable. Everybody here works flat out to look after guests! I have some accessibility needs and they were met and exceeded, no problem at all. Overall, the resort is pretty easy to get around, not too big and if you did need any help to make your stay more accessible, I am sure a line of professionals would arrive at your door to help however they could. The limousine service in the lobby is great - probably a smidge more on cost than the taxis outside, but the cars are sound, there's no hassle, and they'll bring you back if you want. Ahmed was our favourite driver - very funny - we were walking along the road one day, and he jumped out of his car and over the road just to say hello! Would we go back? Yes, in a heartbeat! If you're considering visiting - congratulations, you've found a gem on the Red Sea!

Absolutely fantastic
We had an absolutely amazing stay and can't thank the staff enough for making our holiday so memorable. A special thank you to Khaled, Mossad and Rafey, who all went above and beyond every single day. They were always friendly, professional, welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with a fantastic choice every day and something for everyone. The cleanliness of the entire resort was also outstanding. Everywhere was spotless, from the rooms to the restaurants, pools and gardens. It's clear that the staff work incredibly hard to maintain such high standards. Khaled, Mossad and Rafey are a real credit to the hotel, and they played a huge part in making our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you all for your kindness and excellent service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and we can't wait to come back!
