A Wonderful Stay in Egypt
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Egypt. The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our time here.
A special mention goes to the animation team, who truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. They were energetic, friendly, funny and always involved guests in activities without ever being pushy. There was something for everyone, from sports and games during the day to evening entertainment. They created a great atmosphere and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the amazing animation team. They really made our holiday special!

Yaz Fanara is THE place to relax!
Yaz Fanara is THE place to relax! The staff is very nice and helpful. Always with a smile. 😃 Our room (5309) is taken care of by housekeeper Achmed, who does a marvelous job. When we ask him things (like extra coffee) and he brings it right away. Achmed is amazing! 👍🏻
We did have a little issue but that was taken care of immediately by the manager and we got a very nice solution offered which we will enjoy coming Thursday. Much appreciated! 🙏🏻🫶🏻
We will surely enjoy the rest of our stay here (as well). 😃 And we would surely recommend this beautiful resort for people who need to unwind.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and the hotel never disappoints us. The team are amazing from the restaurant, bar staff and room service all deliver great service and welcome us back every year. This year the entertainment team were fantastic and the best yet, Luca, Kate, Pedro and Diego all made it fun whether we participated in the activity or not. The team at the Gazell restaurant made every visit special, the food is good and the service is excellent. The speciality Italian restaurant was 5 star, thank you for the team who made our visit there so special. The spa team are great and the services they offer are good quality in a lovely environment. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, everyday the team work so hard maintaining the grounds to postcard standard. (What you see in the brochure is how it is kept every day) Too many people to mention by name but every member of staff and management play a part in making you feel welcome at this hotel.
