Our stay was excellent, we enjoyed the few days that we have spent in here. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Specially our house keeping Eslam, he went above and beyond making us feel at home. The pool bar personnel very pleasant and smiley, good was delicious kudos to Ali and Abdul such gorgeous kids. Cant wait to get back here. Also, we forgot our electric adaptors to charge our phones and the front desk supplied us with a couple of them, they saved our life. Great management. Thank you all so much.

Third time here and still lovely
Third year in a row of visiting this lovely hotel. For us the snorkelling on the reef is fabulous and the reef is looking healthy.
We stayed in a standard room which had been recently refurbished and was very nice. Our room attendant, Ahmed (room 5433) was brilliant, our room was always so clean and we loved the towel art.
We mainly ate at La Gazella and all staff there were so welcoming and ready to help wherever possible, nothing was too much for them. The food was nice and enough choice to keep most people happy.
We would also like to give a big thanks to Mohammed at the Beach Bar, he is like family and a top bloke.
I could go on forever thanking staff because they were all amazing but I must mention the Temple bar staff, they work so hard and Mohammed and staff at Nino’s looked after us so well, as always. There were plenty of sun beds, hardly ever a queue at the bar and always fresh pizza for lunch.
The excursion boats and speed boats in the bay did make it busier snorkelling, but the hotel unfortunately have no say on this. Also, I have mentioned in previous reviews and mentioned it to management that as the beach gets so busy, a preserved pathway on the beach from the dive hut to the sea would make things so much safer and easier for everyone, especially for inexperienced trial divers carrying heavy tanks!
Anyway, all in all it was another lovely holiday and hopefully we will return.
