Our Favourite Hotel in Sharm — It Truly Feels Like Home! ❤️🇪🇬
This was our 7th time staying at this amazing hotel, and every visit feels just as special as the last. Two years ago, we were lucky enough to get married here, so this hotel will always have a very special place in our hearts. ❤️
This time, we returned to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, and once again, the whole team made our stay absolutely unforgettable.
A very special thank you to Anna, the Guest Relations Manager, who is truly exceptional. Her kindness, warmth and attention to detail make you feel like family rather than just a guest. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Manager Mohamed Abd El-Gelil. His professionalism, care and dedication are clear throughout the hotel. He leads an amazing team and always makes guests feel welcomed and valued. His personal touch helped make our anniversary stay even more special.
And of course, a massive thank you to Mo and Tarek for their fantastic service. They are both so friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their smiles and hospitality make such a difference.
After seven visits, we can honestly say this hotel feels like our second home. We have met so many wonderful people, made lifelong memories and created a very special connection with the staff.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff.
We visited Ill Mercato Hotel in November for 14nights and it was a wonderful experience. The biggest asset this hotel has are the staff, they could not do enough to make our stay a great one.

We had a wonderful stay at Iberotel Il Mercato! ❤️ The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The food was varied and delicious, especially the seafood and fresh fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the animation team was absolutely amazing — always positive, energetic, and ready to make everyone smile! 🎶 The sea was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our holiday. Everything was fantastic, and we didn’t want to leave! A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back! 🌴☀️❤️
