It’s always been a pleasure to be here because everyone is wonderful. I’ve been coming from USA every year because I absolutely love it here .

Absolutely brilliant and I’ve still got 10 days left the animation crew been exceptional , always welcoming, always including you into events such as darts, stretching, water polo , very knowledgeable about what the night time shows are about! The restaurant caters for Europeans and Arabic people, lots of different dishes to try if you like to try different cultures food. Hotel staff very friendly always so polite. Bar staff are all brilliant too happy lively and characters. Pools fabulous lots of loungers sun all day long. Rooms cleaned every day and replenished water and coffees ! I’ll definitely come back here wouldn’t blink twice

If I could give a minus rating I would! How this place gets great ratings is beyond me. It is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived in the evening so reception was quiet but we appeared to be an inconvenience. Check in was very abrupt with notices being pointed at, the man didn’t speak he just grunted at us. Two other men on reception just ignored us. It was like the cleaner was checking us in! The same man walked us to our room, put the tv on loitered a bit then left. We took a look round and checked our booking. We were in a very shabby and dirty twin room. We had booked a double. We called reception and the same man reappeared and begrudgingly took us to a double room. What can I say? This room was a disgusting mess and filthy too with stained bedding as well!! As it was late we decided to get some food and a drink as it had been a long day. This didn’t help. The dining room was awful. Unset, unclean tables with staff aimlessly wandering about. I tried to politely ask where we could sit and got grunted at again. Then he took a paper napkin and started picking someone else’s food off the table cloth of a table he wanted to give us?! We said no and found a slightly better table and he brought cutlery and plonked it down before wandering off. No offer of drinks…which we finally got later at the pool bar. The food needless to say was mediocre. We spent the evening trying to contact our travel agent but when this failed we just went online and booked a different hotel and promptly left the next morning. Breakfast was wanting too although the tables were clean and ready set. It was an absolutely awful experience
