Coral Hills Resort

It was my second time to this hotel , this time for two weeks . January was good so though ok let’s do this again in the busier hotter season

Let’s start with the not so great ! big improvements have been made in some areas .. but overall it still needs updating , the rooms are tired , the air con is the noisiest aircon I have ever heard and I didn’t hardly sleep at all .. ( last visit was January so didn’t need aircon then ) . My quilt cover was not changed in the two weeks I was there .. it’s no good building lovely swans on a dirty quilt cover . Rest of the cleaning ok . No ice cream only once a week at the pool party . Not even at meal times in restaurant . Breakfast boring repetitive , eat an omelette every day . No courtesy room to change or shower , they expect you to shower in the outdoors pool shower with this in mind I asked on my immediate arrival could I keep my room on and pay , I was told come back the day before . Well I knew what would happen they would then say it was full . So I went again and they just kept fobbing me off we are fully booked etc . Luckily I met friends who kept there room but only because they insisted due to disability. I was then visited by the cleaners on my last day at 10.30am as they wanted to clean the room I just felt rushed and pushed out . Don’t expect an evening meal on your last day your bands are cut after you have checked out , this did not happen in January .. I literally only wanted soup and a roll before my transfer but the answer was no , you have to pay . The good points Carlos absolutely superb barman Arhmed life guard superb All the restaurant staff amazing Cleaners are lovely And the animation team are brilliant loved them all , best I’ve seen .. so much to offer you during your stay and they all very friendly and will make you so welcome . Foam party brilliant too I did feel so sorry for some of the staff here Like the young lad was so over run on the pool bar , and some of the staff constantly getting shouted at very loudly by the manager , they looked upset and no one wants too see that on holiday .. get more bar staff you have a massive resort saying your fully booked , one person can not manage a whole resort sadly I don’t think you will have my customs again as my last day was not nice ..

I understand the manager needs to run a tight ship but i genuinely seen staff crying and am sorry that’s not on I hope to see animation team again and I hope some of the other staff here find hotels were they are treated better

staff are very nice and cooperative the food is good but the faclities are old and need renewal
