Rooms: The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. It provided a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay.
Location & Walkability: The location was excellent, with convenient walking access to the beach, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential amenities. The surrounding area was also pleasant and easy to explore.
Food & Beverage: The hotel offered an outstanding selection of food and beverages, with options available almost 24 hours a day. The variety of continental cuisine and the quality of the restaurants were particularly impressive. A special appreciation goes to the main restaurant captain, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional service truly enhanced my dining experience. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality.

Excellent service In high hospitality
This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I would really like to share my experience and appreciation for everything during our stay. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the high level of service and the excellent hospitality.
From the moment I arrived, I met (Ahmed Kamal), the Reception Manager, who was always helpful, professional, and welcoming. He consistently tried his best to make everything easier and more comfortable for us. He truly deserves a special mention and a lot of appreciation. Thank you, Ahmed, for making our stay even more special.
Overall, the hotel is wonderful, and the service has exceeded our expectations. Every department and every team member has contributed to making our honeymoon vacation a memorable one.
Regarding to the Main Restaurant
The service was excellent, and the food quality was wonderful. We really enjoyed having dinner at the main restaurant, and we were very happy with the overall experience.
Pools & Beach
The pools and beach were clean, beautiful, and amazing. I would also like to appreciate the lifeguards, who were very active, helpful, and always ready to assist with sunbeds and anything we needed.
Housekeeping
I would like to give a special shout-out to (Mohamed )from Housekeeping. He was absolutely amazing. His smile and friendly attitude made a big difference every day. He also surprised us with beautiful daily decorations on the bed for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely touch and made us feel truly special.
Thank you so much, Mohamed, and thank you to the entire housekeeping team.
Finally, I would like to send our love and appreciation to all the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always trying their best to make our stay perfect.
This definitely will not be our last visit. We had a wonderful experience and will be happy to come back and see you all again.

So loud!!! No peace and quiet
We traveled all night to get here. We were awake for over 24 hours. When we got here we could not sleep because of the INSANELY loud and terrible techno music that rattled the windows all day from noon until after 11pm. The grounds and pools are lovely and the rooms are nice. But other than that this place sucks. The food is the worst food we've had in our entire 1 month trip all over Egypt. Avoid this place.

The hotel’s service and food quality are truly exceptional. Every member of the team, starting from the bellmen, reception staff, and room service, to the Food & Beverage team and lifeguards, was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Taher, Assistant Front Desk Manager, and Mr. Ahmed Mousa, the General Manager, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
A very special thanks to Mr. Adel, the main restaurant supervisor. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, and always makes sure that guests are well taken care of.
Many thanks as well to Mohamed, the Aqua Park bartender. He is always smiling, professional, and welcoming, and he makes delicious fresh juices.
I would also like to give special recognition to Mohamed from Room Service, who takes care of Room 202. He is absolutely excellent—very professional, polite, and attentive.
Overall, the entire team made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!
