Lack of food choice
Nice hotel and a beautiful beach. Staff very friendly but the food is poor, for such a big hotel there is hardly any choice and what hotel doesn’t do chips haha I know but chips only once in a week is terrible and not much else to choose from so if your a fussy eater your going to go hungry.

Brilliant staff and service
What am amazing hotel and the staff make the hotel.... the entertainment staff amazing especially Amir. The pool bar staff and beach bar fantastic. The restaurant staff fantastic especially Mostafa Rasmy he was with us for all our duration and couldn't do enough for us. The taxi service from the hotel is brilliant and the drivers were brilliant I cannot speak highly enough about the staff in this hotel they make your holiday thank you all. See you all soon
