Great value for money with wonderful staff
We recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a lovely holiday. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and while it's starting to show its age in places, it has plenty of charm and potential.
The standout feature was definitely the staff. Every member of the team we met was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Their hard work and positive attitude really made our stay enjoyable.
We had read reviews that food was repetitive however there were numerous choices at all meal times including fresh meat or fish cooked on the grill and pasta station at lunch and dinner. In addition to the buffet restaurant, the Italian and Lebanese restaurants were also included in the all-inclusive-make sure you book. There were snacks between meals although we never needed them as we enjoyed what the restaurants had to offer.
The hotel itself could benefit from a little updating in places however it is obvious improvements are in progress including pools, commumal areas and terraces. It was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing break.
We chose the hotel for the location, closeness to the airport, pools and direct access to the beach. We'd happily return for a quiet relaxing break.

Sheraton sharm el sheik
Amazing location very clean attentive staff especially the entertainment team who were always on hand and happy to help.the beach area and diving and snorkeling is must you can sit and enjoy the fish swimming around at the beach bar enjoying the nice breeze. Highly recommend what you would expect from the marriot hotel group.
I do not recommend this hotel.
The rooms are relatively old, but the view is nice. Room service is barely acceptable. The food is cheap, and during my five-night stay, I didn't recall a single memorable meal. The staff were extremely unfriendly. In short, I do not recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay, just what we needed
We stayed for a week early July, we had an amazing time, when we arrived there was a problem with our booking, however this was dealt with amazingly and we were put in a Suite, room 125 it was a great room, and great room service.
The hotel was very clean inside, and loads of sunbeds so no need to get up early, the beach has plenty of beds however towards the far end some of the loungers were broken, this area could also do with a litter pick as there were lots of empty bottles/glasses on the floor.
The pools were kept very clean, and we loved the cave bar, great place if you want to get away from the busy main pool,
Hotel is set back from town so you will need to get a taxi if you want to go out we did most evenings as there is not any evening entertainment, however if you are looking for some R&R its perfect, we would look to return
