Mo the bar man at swim up bar
The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were big and cleaned daily. My favourite was the swim up bar and the barman mohammed but called him mo was amazing always happy and friendly and made sure my drink was always full. Cant wait to go back

It was a great experience. We were pleased with the hotel. The staff were attentive; Mohamed A. Gawad, who worked at the pool, was particularly attentive.

I have had the most amazing time here at the Sheraton with my family, the staff are amazing, esmail vib has made our stay extra special with his fantastic smile, sense of humour, and always making sure we are okay👍🏼 “NICE” 👍🏼

Wonderful relaxing massage!
I had a wonderful experience at the spa inside the Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa. The facilities were very clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were professional, welcoming, and gave a fantastic massage. I left feeling completely refreshed and I highly recommend visiting.

Wow wow wow. I can only thankyou all from the bottom of hearts for the most amazing time with you guys. Big shout out to Mohamed A. Gawad ( Mo), what a gentleman served us daily at the pool bar and always had us laughing and just being genuinely lovely. Your hotel is the best and we can't wait to return. There is nothing we would have changed or would have needed. Our dream holiday so thankyou.
