The Beauty Salon at Thalasso SPA at Cascades is amazing. Amira she is brilliant! Highly recommended!
Very fascinating service and clean room
Very good service perfect food good mostly the grill.Beach also very good the people hhat worl here are very friendly too
Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay at the hotel in August, 2026. The staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, and the food was good. You need a shuttle to reach the beach, but the shuttles are frequent, as they leave from the hotel's entrance every ten minutes. The beach was amazing, and you can have a drink or some snacks there too.

Great hospitality and value for money

Overall, my experience was memorable, elevated by warm hospitality despite a few inconsistencies in dining.
Highlights
- Reception: Energetic, cheerful, and incredibly supportive—with special thanks to Ahmed Salah for his standout assistance.
- Dining Service: The restaurant team was exceptionally quick and welcoming. Heartfelt thanks to Chef Mohamed AbdelKader and Chef Mohamed Mosaad for their daily warmth, the talented grill chef, and waiters Waleed Ali, Hamza, and Mansour for their great service.
Areas for Improvement
- Food Quality: While some meals were good, the dinner buffet was hit-or-miss and lacked flavor on certain days.
- Kids' Menu: Needs better variety and care tailored to younger guests.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Cascades Golf Resort, Spa & Thalasso. The setting in Soma Bay is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, the private beach is really nice, the color of the Red Sea is incredible and the golf course and practice areas are great. The beauty salon offers truly excellent services. A huge thank you to Amira, who recommended an excellent facial treatment! It was pure bliss. The massages (Swedish, Balinese and relaxing) at the spa are just wonderful. The food is good and the staff is overall very attentive. A great place that I highly recommend!
