Overall, we had a wonderful stay and came back home very happy. If you are looking for outstanding service, incredible food and impeccable cleanliness, this is definitely a hotel worth considering. The restaurants were absolutely amazing, the cleanliness was exceptional, and the care and attention given to all the common areas were impressive.

That being said, for a 5-star hotel, especially one that is less than six years old and of this standard, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved.

The rooms are probably the biggest point for improvement. Both the decoration and the quality of the furniture and amenities feel quite basic for a 5-star hotel of this level. Some of the furniture feels rather cheap, the pillows were not particularly comfortable, and I was especially surprised that the minibar comes at an additional cost, even when you have an all-inclusive package and the drinks are exactly the same ones you can order at the bar next door. For a hotel of this category, I think these small details should be a priority, as they are precisely what can make a stay feel truly 5-star.

The housekeeping service itself is excellent: the room was always left spotless. However, I think the timing could be improved. On one occasion, we returned from an excursion at around 5 PM and our room still hadn't been cleaned. In a 5-star hotel, I would expect the room to have been serviced by that time. We have stayed at other 5-star hotels where rooms are cleaned twice a day, including a turndown service in the evening, so this was noticeable.

The restaurants, on the other hand, were fantastic across the board. The only one I would mention is Maya, simply because the terrace can get extremely hot. Perhaps adding some fans outside could make the experience even more enjoyable.

Finally, I think the hotel could significantly improve its entertainment and atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. The entertainment around the active pool is quite limited. Music is only played for a short period or during activities, but if the hotel has a separate pool specifically dedicated to relaxation, I think the active pool could have a livelier atmosphere throughout the day.

The evening entertainment is also quite limited across the resort, with most of it concentrated around the Safari Bar. If you want to have a drink at the pool bar around sunset, the atmosphere is very quiet, with very little lighting and almost n

We stayed at this resort in August as a family of 4, I can honestly say from the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty, the service was absolute first class. The rooms were lovely and spacious and spotlessly cleaned everyday.

The pool area was absolutely spotless and clean, beds were never a problem to get and plenty of them, all life guards were so helpful and pleasant, a special mention to Mahmoud who worked so hard and always so happy and helpful, they came round everyday cleaning your sunglasses, checking everything was ok and offering fresh towels.

The swim up pool bar which was attached to the Italian restaurant was also spotless, Hassan seemed to run this bar and kept everything in order.

We dined everyday at the Italian restaurant for lunch, the food was amazing, it was cooked fresh to order and it was waiter service to the table, service excellent and food excellent.

The drinks service from the waiter’s around the pool was also excellent, a special mention to one of the waiters, he seemed a younger one called Mohamed we ordered iced coffee 1 day, and for the rest of our holiday he remembered our order and was there everyday with our drinks without us even ordering, all of the staff throughout the hotel work so hard and are so pleasant.

We dined in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the choice and quality of food was amazing and again the service from the waiters was first class, we had the same 2 tend to us, both called Mohamed.

This hotel is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in, everyone is so helpful and cannot do enough for you, the front desk called our room a few times to check everything was ok, even the day we were leaving we got a call and they then came and collected our luggage, this is definitely a 10 out of 10 hotel for everything, we will definitely be returning and not sure we can wait until next year.
