Small paradise away from crowd
My 2nd time stay at shraton ..First time was on October 2020 it was fabulous. Amazing, I loved the room , the snorkeling in coral reef , buffet is variable also the hospitality and stuff....my 2nd time was on July 2026 ....I stayed at partial sea view to be close to to the marina for snorlking but it was OK accepted but little far from beach and restaurant...we asked the administration after 2 days if there is ability to transfer to closer room they did wat they could do and upgraded our room to complete sea view without any extra charges and for free ...it was so beautiful gentle touch from them also they made free birthday cake for my wife .....I really thank mr monsef and Mr Ahmed for their help I wish I could stay more next time

Very calm and beautiful, the food was perfect

Location is beautiful, atmosphere is adorable, rooms are almost perfect, value worth every pound, Cleanliness very very good, noise level was almost negligible, Service is amazing with an amazing smiling decent stuff, Amenities: the stuff is willing to do and provide anything to make your stay comfortable.

An Amazing Stay at Sheraton Soma Bay!
We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Soma Bay! Everything was beyond our expectations.
The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. A very special thanks to Mr. Samir, who took care of our room (1236). He was always kind, respectful, professional, and made sure everything was perfect every day.
The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent with great quality and plenty of variety. The pools were very clean, and the beach was absolutely stunning with crystal-clear water.
We were a large group and booked 10 rooms, and every single one of us had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Amazing stay absolutely totally very recommended
The customer service was amazing from check in to check out from front desk to restaurant the beach cleaning were treated like royalty . The beach was Sandy beautiful clean and there was snorkeling by the jetty and nice walk by the marina and nice entertainment at night.
