A lovely holiday
Hi everyone! In august, I went in vacation with my family to the Palm Royale hotel in Soma Bay Hurghada. It was the first time I visited Egypt but certainly not the last. My first impression it was very good. The beach and the sea were extraordinary, with fine sand and no seashells or seaweed. The color of the sea, turquoise, like in the Maldives. The resort is spread over a large area and beautifully designed, featuring spacious rooms and an impressive recetion area with scluptures reminescent of ancient Egypt. The food was good and varied , but I would recomended a wider selection of grilled items (beef, fish ,chicken). The hotel stuff were vrey friendly and open to guest requests. My thanks to Ahmed Abdelazim and Rabab Saber for the Reception, Mahmoud Khalifa, young gay from cleaning, Sara from the restaurant , Romani from the Blue Bar and last but not least the resort's entertainment team. We will definitely return in the coming years.

It’s my fourth time visiting this hotel, it’s really great experience. Everything is excellent cleanliness, safety, service. A fully equipped toiletry set includes all essential personal care and grooming products needed for daily hygiene

We had a wonderful experience at the beach bar. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely hardworking, friendly, polite and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome and made our days at the beach even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Mostafa Kefles for his amazing service and kindness. He was always attentive, helpful and made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and friendly smile really stood out. 😊

Excellent Family Experience!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Family Experience
We spent 10 wonderful days at Palm Royale Resort Soma Bay during our family vacation in August, together with my wife and our 4-year-old son, and overall, our experience was excellent.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and always extremely clean throughout all its common areas. The beach is fantastic, and our room was excellent, especially because of the stunning sea view that we were lucky enough to enjoy every day.
We would especially like to highlight the hotel staff. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and, in general, everyone working at the hotel, the service was outstanding. They were always very friendly, smiling, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
As our only constructive observation, we believe a little more attention could be given to the daily housekeeping of the rooms. During our 10-day stay, we did not notice that the bed sheets were changed, and even though we left tips, on some occasions we felt that the room could have been cleaned with a little more attention to detail and care. This is simply an area we believe could be improved to bring the housekeeping service up to the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel.
We would also like to suggest one small detail that could make the stay even more comfortable: providing slippers in the rooms. It is a simple and inexpensive touch, but in our opinion, it would make a noticeable difference and add an extra level of comfort to the room experience.
Apart from these small details, we had a fantastic vacation. It is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful beach, excellent facilities, and above all, an exceptional team of people. We are taking home some truly wonderful memories from our family vacation, and we would definitely recommend Palm Royale Resort Soma Bay.
We will definitely be coming back in the future!
