We would especially like to commend Abdulah from the Animation team, Ahmed from Waterpark Splash Mania and Ahmed from reception, as they contributed to making us feel comfortable, pleasent and relaxed during our stay. We would also like to mention our most beautiful experiance in the Mongolian restaurant.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Lebanese restaurant. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff (Mohamed) were very friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Fine dining in the Mongolian BBQ
We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at the Mongolian restaurant at Mövenpick Resort Soma Bay. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly to our taste. The concept of choosing your own ingredients and watching them being cooked was both fun and enjoyable. What truly made the evening exceptional was the outstanding service from Mohamed. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the entire dinner. His warm smile, genuine kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel like valued guests. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect evening, and his excellent hospitality deserves special recognition. A big compliment to the chefs and the entire team for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at the hotel. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mohamed, for making our evening so memorable!
