Keeping a Distance Without Being Far Away; we ensure that a distance of 1.5 to 2 metres is respected by both guests and employees. Arrive in Style; Refreshing towels; hand sanitiser; and face masks come as standard. A luggage cleaning and disinfection service are offered upon arrival before your suitcases are delivered to your room.
A Warm Welcome; When arriving at a hotel you will find an easily accessible sanitising station at the entrance. Our receptionists and iconic Ladies in Red look forward to welcoming you; and guiding you through an adjusted check in procedure. Do Not Enter My Room; At check in you will be offered the possibility of choosing the new Do Not Enter My Room option which means that while all services remain available our employees will not enter your room during your stay until you express a wish to have your room serviced. Room service deliveries; luggage assistance; and other services will take place in front of your room.

Great hospitality from All Frontliners on all Fronts , In the Reception : Nermine, Maged and Kirolos were of great Support , Specially Nermine, who absorbed -professionally- our frustration conflict caused during the Check-in (Due to delay in the Plane taking us to hurghada) and maged who was of great support extending our complemantery Late Check out
The Client relations : Cannot Forget Hana who kept on Following up with us the Bus to the airport to make sure our elder people won't stay waiting for long and her support getting me in Touch With Ramy from marketing to offer him the Video i took Underwater for your social media Activities
From the House Keeping : Where I know there is a complete army serving us, Yet those whom i was lucky to meet Personally, Mr. Marzouk & Mr. Bessada, both did their best to make our stay as perfect as it was.
Cannot Forget the lovely Beach Crew welcoming us with Daily smile and support Ahmed , Mohamed and Awad making sure their locations selection was well perceived from our Good side.
Keeping the Best for the last , The marvelous Food Time , starting from the Welcoming ladies who recall our faces from previous 10 visits to Chef Amr (The Wonderful Smile and lovely Sense of Humor to the delicious food) Mr. Natei & Mr. Eid who took care of every detail and almost knew our taste and type of coffee of a group of 8 people :)
And Cannot miss Mr. Yasser Our Driver , First and last People to Meet in this Trip with his welcoming Smile and rich information about Souma Bay

Very nice property with among the nicest staff on Earth!
Spent two weeks at the hotel in August 2026 with my family. Very nice property, big enough but not too big and with good services. Location is very convenient (walking distance from the marina, which is useful for excursions) and food is quite good. There are different pools, but the best part is the "lazy river", which is outstanding and really a plus compared to other hotels. However, the best part are the people: everybody was super nice, friendly and helpful every day and in every part of the hotel (reception, concierge, pools, beach, kids club, restaurant/bar) but some people went above and beyond and really deserve a mention: Ahmed at the front desk (who was super helpful when I was feeling sick in the middle of the night and coordinated with external pharmacies), Hana at concierge (who helped in so many ways I can't count them), Mustafa A. in housekeeping (again... countless great things) and all the team at the kids club. Overall, a great experience, recommended.
