Our 4th visit – still a great hotel, but some things need improvement
This was our fourth stay at SENTIDO Caribbean World Resort, which says a lot about how much we have enjoyed coming back here over the years.
First of all, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and they are always ready to assist with any situation. Their attitude towards guests is one of the biggest strengths of this resort and they truly deserve special praise.
The food was excellent during our stay, with plenty of choice and very good quality. The beach is phenomenal and remains one of our favourite things about the resort.
Unfortunately, this time there were also several things that disappointed us.
The Kids Club was closed during our entire stay, and it appears to have been closed for quite some time. There was such a thick layer of dust on the tables inside that it was obvious the area had not been used or cleaned for a long period. For a family resort, this is very disappointing.
There are also two children's playgrounds. One of them is completely exposed to the sun and is visibly in a very poor and deteriorating condition. The other playground has a very unpleasant and strong smell. We are not sure what is causing it — perhaps its location near the toilets or something else — but it makes the playground very unpleasant for children and parents.
Another strange situation was that we were charged for two cups that my wife had placed outside our room so they could be washed. Considering this was already our fourth visit to the hotel, we found this particularly disappointing and unnecessary.
We were also disappointed with the parties and evening entertainment. The parties were quite poor and lacked the atmosphere and energy we expected from a resort of this size.
Overall, we still had a good stay, mainly thanks to the amazing staff, excellent food and phenomenal beach. We have returned to SENTIDO Caribbean World Resort four times because we genuinely like this resort, which is why we hope management will take these comments seriously and improve these areas.
A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. You are definitely one of the best parts of this resort!

Worst hotel ever!!
The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We paid a considerable amount and received nothing in return.
The staff were highly unprofessional. They often ignored us when we spoke to them, and any request took until the next day to be fulfilled. It felt like they cared only about money.
The food was poor in quality and lacked variety, with nearly the same dishes served every day.
The rooms were outdated, and much of the furniture was broken.

VERY RUDE AT THE END!
This hotel treated us in a shocking and unacceptable way. On the day of departure we were threatened, humiliated, and denied our airport transfer unless we agreed to pay for alleged damage with no proof whatsoever. No report, no inspection, no receipt—just intimidation and pressure. We felt unsafe, abandoned, and completely deceived. Absolutely disgraceful behavior that no guest should ever experience.

We had a beautifull vacation here. The best part kf it was Ahmed who, every morning he saw us going to the beach was very plesent and always made sure to find us the best sunbeds on the beach. He was also coming every now and then to check on us and to see how we were doing if we had any trash for throwing out and aswell for the ashtray. One of the kindes people i have ever met and we will be sure to come back next year because he and all the others made this resort feel like no other!! Also husein who cleans room is a very kind and nice person
