Hotel is good and animator is good
Great Hotel
I stayed at Amarina Abu Soma from September 1st to September 5th in two Standard Sea View rooms. Honestly, I can’t remember any negative points worth mentioning. Overall, it was a great experience, mainly because of the very professional staff and the high level of hospitality throughout our stay.
A special million thanks to Mr. Basem, Assistant Front Office Manager, who was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely one of the best hotel staff members I have ever met. His attitude and willingness to help made a real difference.
Also, a big thank you to Mr. Karam, Housekeeping Manager, who is clearly very knowledgeable about his department and staff. He follows up on everything personally and makes sure that any issue is solved quickly and properly.
Many thanks as well to Mr. Sayed from the Housekeeping team and Mr. Abdo, the bellman, for their kindness, support, and excellent service.
The hotel also offers a rich buffet with a good variety of items, with different choices for lunch and dinner.
I want to thank every one at hotel specially at restaurant and and bars
The beach is clean, sandy, and enjoyable, and the aquapark is a nice option for children.
In general, we had a great experience at Amarina Abu Soma. The excellent hospitality, professional staff, cleanliness, food variety, and beautiful beach made our stay very enjoyable

Our stay at Amarina Abu Soma was truly unforgettable, and what made it so special was the incredible warmth and kindness of the people working there.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles, exceptional hospitality, and a level of friendliness that made us feel right at home. The interactions we had with the staff were outstanding, and their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made every day of our holiday special.
The quality of the services provided was excellent, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and want them to have the best possible experience.
But what makes Amarina Abu Soma truly unique is the personal connection we built with so many of the wonderful people there. They were not just hotel employees to us; they became friends. We are incredibly happy and grateful that, even after our holiday, we have remained close friends with many of them.
Thank you to the entire Amarina Abu Soma team for making us feel so welcome, for all the beautiful moments, and for the friendships that will last long after our holiday.

Security staff
Unfortunately, my experience with the security staff was very disappointing. The night shift security guard stationed outside at the main entrance gate stared at me and spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. The way guests are treated, including the apparent focus on checking their names, creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and leaves a very negative impression. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with respect.
On a positive note, the beach is nice, the rooms are good, and the food is enjoyable. The animation team is also a real highlight of the hotel. The animators are friendly, welcoming, and work hard to make guests’ holidays enjoyable. Their positive attitude makes a big difference to the overall experience.
It is a shame that the behavior of some security staff takes away from these positive aspects. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and improves the way guests are treated, especially by the security guard at the outside main entrance gate.

Concerns About Hotel Security
The beach is good, the food is good, and the rooms are good. However, I have some problems with the security staff. The security guards were looking at me and my body while I was at the beach. One of the security guards spoke to me in Arabic, which I couldn’t understand, and told me that my body was very beautiful. Another problem happened when I was going out with my family. The night security guard, who sits at the entrance gate, looked at me in a very unpleasant way and spoke to me using inappropriate words. Apart from these problems with the security staff, the animation team is good, and we are an asset to the hotel.
