Great Hotel
I stayed at Amarina Abu Soma from September 1st to September 5th in two Standard Sea View rooms. Honestly, I can’t remember any negative points worth mentioning. Overall, it was a great experience, mainly because of the very professional staff and the high level of hospitality throughout our stay.
A special million thanks to Mr. Basem, Assistant Front Office Manager, who was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely one of the best hotel staff members I have ever met. His attitude and willingness to help made a real difference.
Also, a big thank you to Mr. Karam, Housekeeping Manager, who is clearly very knowledgeable about his department and staff. He follows up on everything personally and makes sure that any issue is solved quickly and properly.
Many thanks as well to Mr. Sayed from the Housekeeping team and Mr. Abdo, the bellman, for their kindness, support, and excellent service.
The hotel also offers a rich buffet with a good variety of items, with different choices for lunch and dinner.

The beach is clean, sandy, and enjoyable, and the aquapark is a nice option for children.
In general, we had a great experience at Amarina Abu Soma. The excellent hospitality, professional staff, cleanliness, food variety, and beautiful beach made our stay very enjoyable

Great hotel!
Very nice hotel, good variety of food/different food every day on the all inclusive. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and tidy and there are loads of activities to do inside or outside the hotel!

A relaxing and heartwarming hotel
We loved our two weeks stay, especially due to the super friendly service of the staff in the restaurants, bars and household. One of our favorite staff members was KARIM, his efficiency and kindness made us feel special. He was always aware of whenever we wanted to get something and even made and created excellent new drinks! Please look out for KARIM on your stay at this hotel :). Our housekeeper Khaled was also a super friendly and efficient guy! Overall we loved the experience at the hotel, we really felt welcome and well cared for!
Amazing staff!
I would like to tell you about my experience with Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark. The staff is great, any request I had they manage to meet my expectations, starting with the front desk, Mr. Ahmed Ali: I requested a room for my aunt that had a knee injury and he helped me. The operation manager, Mr. Mahomed Hassan, that brought to the bar a drink that they didn't have at the moment. And last and but not least, Mr. Maged, the bartender from the Lobby Bar, that always is willing to crack a joke with you and have a smile on his face. The resort is well managed, has a lot of greenery, the pools are cleaned regularly and the beach is amazing (there is a sea turtle which pokes its head out of the sea every few hours and if you are lucky enough it can even get closer to you, if u bring snorkeling equipment you can experience this in more detail and watch the sea life perfectly, from a distance). Overall the my experience with this resort is a positive one.
