Premier Le Rêve – Outstanding in Every Way
Premier Le Rêve is truly exceptional. The service is second to none, with friendly, attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. The staff are the friendliest and most attentive we have ever met - especially Melad in the pool area 🥰., but they are all incredible. We have travelled a lot and there is nowhere like this for service 🥰. The quality of the food, facilities and location is outstanding.
A truly fantastic experience where nothing is too much trouble. Premier Le Rêve really sets the standard for hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star holiday. We would return without hesitation!

Wow!!! What an absolutely stunning hotel, upon arrival we were upgraded to a premier steam suite - so lucky the suite was both huge and spotlessly clean.The house keeping teams were happy, polite and friendly great at their job and the daily towel art was very impressive. Each restaurant we visited the food was delicious we were absolutely spoilt for choice, the presentation was top quality so beautiful.The hotel pool areas and gardens were all well maintained very clean and tidy .Waiters around the pool remembered your drinks order and kept them flowing, refreshing cool towels and sunglasses cleaning was also offered .The lagoon coral reef at the end of the hotel jetty is another wow clear turquoise sea and the most colourful fish that we were able to swim with.Each week there is a gala BBQ and beach party and the preparation and hard work that goes into these events was incredible and definitely they added to our holiday enjoyment and memories.Mr Fouquet Zakaria the hotel manager who came to ask if we had enjoyed our holiday and to wave us off, you should be very proud of your exquisite hotel and all your hard working staff .We have booked to return again next year and are very much looking forward to staying with you again.Thank you for an unforgettable holiday .

Sun beds ARE a problem
We’ve been a few times before and this time we chose to bring my son and his partner. We love everything about this hotel except having to get up early for sun beds. I’ve read on here many times about there not being a problem to secure beds for the day. However, in my opinion it is.

Home now after a fantastic holiday.
Did we make the most of the à la cartes? No, we were too full all the time, but they were as always delicious as was The Turquoise (the eggs Benedict YUM!) the BBQ’s were delicious as were the tea time carnivals (with the popcorn machine and pancake equipment) just wow!
For us, it’s the staff are the people that keep us returning, the bedrooms whilst a little dated, are only somewhere for us to get ready to go back out and to sleep and the beds and pillows are the most comfortable places to sleep!
The staff are all fabulous and there are so many to mention who do a fabulous job from maintenance to gardens, bars to restaurants and house keeping to managers, this place is run like clockwork.
The entertainment team was fantastic, Khalled, Arianna and Mo worked so hard in getting guests to join in with games, quizzes and aqua gym.
We had a night out at Hurghada Marina (& wonder after 7 visits, why we have never done it) if you haven’t, do it. Approximately £30 return with the taxi company we use (Falcon Adventures).
Now although I said staff are too many to mention, I am going to mention a few who I think are outstanding, so please bear with (or scroll on)
Carlos (I hear 🎶Julie in my sleep!) Abdo in the pool bar along with Adam, Mahmood, Mohamed, Mekky and the ever present Haz, Mohamed in the exec bar and Rafaat, Amr on the balcony for breakfast and dinner who was very attentive and of course everyone’s favourite Talaat. Also a special thanks to Omnia and the young lad who keep the toilets and surrounds so clean.
My one tip for those going, take bite spray, the fogging is done regularly, but both of us were covered in bites this year - the first time in 7 years)

Geriatric sunbed wars It’s disgraceful , up before the sun comes up, definitely a them and us , preferential treatment for some , it’s almost laughable
