Citadel Sahl Hasheesh
Overall, this is a generously conceived resort concept. The rooms are spacious and perfectly situated (sea view from most rooms)! However, as is often the case in life, everything has its PROS and CONS .... :) The resort is extremely large, both in terms of area and height. It is also relatively isolated from the rest of the world! The accessibility (restaurants, bars, pools, beaches, etc.) of more distant rooms would be greatly helped by the installation of 2-3 elevators connecting sea level with the highest floors of the buildings. Perhaps similar to Monte Carlo, Monaco. The considerable isolation of the hotel would be helped by connecting the Citadel resort with Yasmina Way and allowing the rental of electric golf carts (similar to most hotels in Sahl Hasheesh) so that hotel guests could make trips to the surrounding area.

What an amazing trip 😍
It was. One of the most perfect experience for me and my family, the operation team starting from the gate passing to the reception, Restaurant, F&B team, animation, house keeping, and all staff were perfect always smile and looking to do their best for me and my family, always support and ask us if we need anything. The room cleanliness and furniture were perfect, the pool, sea and lagoons were perfect, the Restaurant and F&B outlets were perfect and always providing varity of tasty food. Another point towards the location and amenities that it was amazing. Special thanks for all staff and operation team for their great effort.

Wonderful stay ✨
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort – Sahl Hasheesh, and it was the perfect destination for our honeymoon. From the breathtaking views to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly unforgettable.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the hotel management, especially Mr. Mina Mamdouh and Mr. Ismail, for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care in making sure every guest enjoys the best possible experience.
A very special thank you goes to Chef Hassan Darwish at Rocks Lounge. He prepared the most delicious beef steak I have ever had in my life. The quality, flavor, and presentation were simply exceptional.
I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Chef Ahmed Hashesh, the Manager of Golden Booda Restaurant. His hospitality, professionalism, and warm welcome were truly outstanding. He is an incredibly elegant, respectful, and genuinely kind person who made us feel incredibly special throughout our visit. Special thanks as well to Mr. Sameh at Golden Booda Restaurant for his excellent service, friendly attitude, and attention to every detail.
