Fantastic hotel, fantastic holiday
From the second we arrived at reception to check in, until the time our bags were taken out to the car at the end of our weeks stay, I could not have asked for more. All the staff in every department were friendly, polite, helpful and professional. C.R helped with many questions and nothing was to much trouble, a special thankyou to Hakim in the restaurant and Moustafa by the pool for all thier help and attention. The room was large, clean and had every thing you needed or wanted. The laundry service was fab, and so quick, iron to perfection. Food - oh so much, hot fresh and plenty of choice - the salad bar was heaven. All watched over by a team of great chefs. The pool area was less crowded than the beach and the perfect place to get the sun. (Sales staff, especially "Dr Fish" need to learn that no thank you does not mean come back later! ) Other than that the pool was great with coffe, cold drinks, ice cream and snacks just a few steps away. Lots of entertainment in the evening as well. One of the best holidays I have had in Egypt and there have been many! Would i go back? Already booked, not something i usually do but this is a great hotel, credit to everyone. Huge thanks

Poor room quality
I went to old palace with my family * it is our yearly trip as we live abroad ’ The staff are okay but the room quality is super poor find the picture attached why should I accept this poor quality of room with all the money I payed, I was charged more than 200 USD per room. I expected more of it to be honest, the food is okay and the rest of the amenities are okay, but room like this come one!!!

إقامة غير مُرضية. الخدمة بطيئة وبها أخطاء، وبرامج الترفيه مملة وغير منظمة. مستوى النظافة دون المتوقع، والتكييف في اللوبي لا يعمل. الاستجابة للشكاوى بطيئة جدًا. أنصح بتحسين النظافة وتدريب الطاقم وصيانة التكييف قبل الحجز. Terrible experience. Service was slow and often rude. Entertainment was chaotic and pointless. Rooms and public areas were dirty, and the lobby AC was broken. Staff ignored or delayed resolving complaints. I strongly advise against booking until management fixes cleanliness, staff competence, and the faulty AC.

There are many activities from the beginning of the holiday like stretching with gharam , course beli course with tena, dart with Fanta, volleyball with afro bocha with aibo In the afternoon pool party
