It’s my best place
Our stay at Old Palace Hotel was truly wonderful From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome . The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful hotel grounds . You can really see that the team cares about making guests feel comfortable and happy We had a great holiday and would definitely be happy to visit Old Palace Hotel again
Greatest experience ever
The perfect place to stay, Amazing service, very luxurious experience and EVERYONE is so nice, food is exceptional and the beach is great. Literally the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. The chef and restaurant manager are a delight, the animation team is great and exciting and they always do shows and plans for the guests
Perfect stay
This hotel is perfect in every way, location, service, facilities, family atmosphere but the staff is the best is part. The team managed by Mr. Ahmed in restaurant is excellent, their food service is fast, smooth, precise always accompanied by a smile and a pleasant attitude. Let me to highlight work of Ahmed Mustafa and Khaled from the front part of restaurant and Mohammed Yousef from the back part. They are the best! The perfect job was also done by housekeeping under supervision of Mr. Dahy and the front desk Mr. Hosem. They do their jobs brilliantly, making this a hotel we’ve loved returning to for several years now.
